Moved up to level 2 today. It was not an easy task but it was definitely easier than when I did level 1 for the first time... so at least I'm making progress. I still don't feel like I'm dropping the weight like I should so I'm going to try to eat better the next few days and see if it makes a difference.

I'm happy to report that I've lost 10 pounds today since last Monday!!!! I didn't think I'd ever see 170's again... This morning I weighed in at 178.8. I've been doing the South Beach Diet... I've done it before and lost 50 pounds and kept it off for a long time. Training for the Princess 5k 3 nights a week and tonight or tomorrow I'll be starting 30 Day Shred since the DVD came today.

I will be restarting my diet today. Today will be day 7 of 30 day shred since I missed yesterday.
I did not due well yesterday. I never did get to the 30 day shred (I did walk on the YMCA track for 2 hours though.) I also had popcorn with chocolate drizzeled over it last night.
I feel so bad about it today. I know it is not the end. I can just pick back up today.
I think my problem yesterday is that I am coming down with a cold and have pms.
Of course, it also stresses me that dh announced we are putting the house on the market in Feb. I knew we were going to put the house on the market, but thought I had more time to get it ready.
letstalkboutdisney- I started 30 day shred on Jan 1. I took off Jan 2 to recover, then took off Jan 8-10 because I got a really nasty stomach virus. So if you only count my work out days I started level 2 on day 8 but if you count days since I started then I started on day 12.

Did level 2 for the second time last night and I could do almost everything better but I still have to take breaks every now and then. Last night was the first time I've had anything to drink besides water and I only had some tea. So I'm feeling pretty good about it. I'm beginning to think that depo shot is keeping me from losing weight though. I can feel my body changing in my muscles but I don't feel like I'm dropping any weight. At least I'm getting healthier I guess.![]()
