3 day unlimited tickets question.

I know there is the promo now for 174. Through US website. Plus taxes.

Undercover tourist has the same tickets for 176. No taxes, right?

I'm not going to Universal till June 2012, so I'm not quite ready to purchase these tickets yet. Does anyone know if the undercover tourist tickets are an on-going price, not just a promo?

just want to make sure I can wait to get my tickets later at 176.
