3 day hopper & MNSSHP, FP help

We are planning a short trip over Labor Day weekend, flying down 8/28 and flying home on 9/2. We have 3 day hoppers (cannot upgrade) and plan to use them Fri, Sat, Sun and then attend the MNSSHP on Monday, Labor Day.

So, we will be spending time in all 4 parks, staying at Yacht Club so easy to go to Epcot. My question is, which 3 parks should I make FP selections in advance? My first thought AK, MK and DHS since we'll be going to Epcot several evenings. However, my DD11 loves Soarin' and would be upset to miss this. We're not fans of the new TT and can take or leave it.

Is it a slow enough time of year that we'll be able to hop and do some headliners later in the day? WWYD??

since we have the exact same dates/plan/ MNSSHP! VERY interested in responses lol. Only we just have arrival night on-site, then off-site(couldn't pass up $199 for a week, basically allowing us to buy park tix ) seeing family but still parks on that weekend.
I am hoping it is slow enough too, but about to upgrade to 4 or 5 day hoppers and head over 1 day during the week (without family that can't make it lol). I hope that 1st MNSSHP is lower crowds too, and that Villain's Unleashed the week before takes some who were maybe planning on extending their trips. Would youpost if you are able to make FP+ against your MNSSHP tix at the 60 day mark? You should *hopefully* be able to get FP between 4-7 on those tix before the party starts

I'm hoping to be able to make FP+ selections on Labor Day for 4-7 PM. We do not plan to be in another park that day at all.

I would guess that 7DMT, SM and BTMRR would be top ones to go for? Not sure if you are coaster types or more show types. We plan on AK on the 30th, hoping to get there early and do EE, the over to Safari, maybe over to Dinosaur . We figure to make our FP+ selections for Kali, EE again and I guess just ghost a 3rd for whatever the earliest time slot is. we then move into our condo, and hope to head to EMH at MK and hopefully can book some FP for late that night. We would love to get on 7DMT, SM and BTMRR but know the odds are slim to none, so will go with whatever, Buzz would be good, its a favorite of ours. Then 8/31 we are starting at Epcot to do TT, Soarin' and MS...then over to DHS and try to get ST, RNR and TOT. We may flip those 2 around, and I can't book those until 30 days out so we will see. Then we plan to spend all of 9/1 @ MK, hoping we can get HM, SM again and depending on if we think 7dmt is worth maybe that again if not Splash mtn, then (hopefully) w/our MNSSHP tix HM again, and POTC...undecided on BTMRR or SM again....I guess availability will tell us what we get to do. I wish we could book the same ride more than 1 time in the 3 FP grouping. Maybe that is one of the July changes? Or being able to book from another park?
