As stated here in the UK chips' are deep fried pototoes similar to your fries however proper fish and chips require the 'chips' to be nice and thick rather than thin fries

of course served with lashings of salt and vinegar

Awesome reviews, love the pics, I made an ADR for Cape May this trip never ate there before, oh well guess we will have to try it. Our ADR is for 800 so we may be ok either that or I was going to try for 1900 park faire just not sure what we are doing yet that day.

You're photos and reviews were outstanding! I've tried to take digi photos in the darker restaurants and they just don't seem to come out right. Your's were fantastic, and made me very hungry! Thanks for taking the time to tempt us all.
