WE'RE AT 4 DAYS!!!

As the trip nears, the panic starts to set in as I look at our finances! We're owed almost $600 from a special rate for foster care & for some reason it's been held up. We are really counting on that money & now I'm getting nervous we may not get it before we go......... darn state workers!!!
Keeping my fingers crossed they get that run thru & in my bank acct ASAP!!

I was wondering the same thing. In the past, you could edit it just by editing through the first post, but I tried and can't do it that way anymore. I hope that they haven't made it so that they can't be edited anymore....

On the thread list, double click on your thread's title and it should open a box up to edit the title.

Thank you, it took a bit of work, it kept opening the first page....but finally got it to work!

I forgot to mention you have to stop the page load, lol. That always frustrated me because sometimes it would load the page before I got the chance to change it!

I was going to let you know that if you want your son picked for the Jedi Academy, just be sure to be early. We were early, but our DS6 (remember our kids are duds ) did not want to do it. And he loves Star Wars...I sometimes think we are not related...

They picked almost every kid in the audience that wanted to do it. So give it a try, they pick alot of participants! Just get there about 15-20 minutes early.

Did I mention how much I loved how yours turned out? I am having the darnedest time trying to figure out how to tie it to my bag and add beads. how'd you do it?

This one was a little more complicated & I'm not sure I could explain it right...
I also did one with a single Mickey Head......I put both ends thru the hole of the Mickey Head & pulled it up thru the other end to attach it. Then beaded over the 2 strings (not an easy task), then tied & knotted the end. Then I attached it to the bag by running the knotted end thru a hole & pulling the Mickey Head & beads thru it. (confused?) I'm not super good at explaining it....sorry. The one in the picture I actually laid a long string out & made the loops where I'd want them to hang & then added the Mickey Head & beads to the longer string, then worked on the shorter string, but holy cow.....that was really hard to do what I wanted it. Hope you can figure a way to do it (maybe you'll find an easier way....)

So tomorrow is the BIG REVEAL to my 7yr old & 3yr old!!! I can't wait to see their faces when they find out they're going to Disneyland the next day!!!! We're doing a small scavenger hunt with clues that will lead them to scrolls. They'll take the scrolls to the older siblings to get their next clue until they've found all 4. Each paper will be opened to reveal the words WE'RE GOING TO DISNEYLAND. We'll videotape the action & I'll snap pics & hopefully get them on here tomorrow afternoon.

Those 2 kids talk about Disneyland all the time. The 3yr old remembers everything about the trip last March (and she was only 2)!! Can't Wait, Can't Wait!!!

What a totally neat idea for the big reveal! Scavenger hunts are so much fun - perfect!! I can't wait to see some reaction pics. I bet they'll be priceless!
