I think the Total Order Cost has to be $49 after paypal discount to get free shipping.

I tried for an hour and couldn't get through to paypal. I did not use the code. I just clicked on paypal as an option and the discount showed up automatically.

After the hour I tried google checkout and it gave me a discount
(About 25%). Since I had almost $100 worth of stuff in my cart the discount with google check out was $23.

Stick with it. I opened 2 windows and toggled between the two until one advanced to the PayPal site. It's just a matter of hitting it at the right time. Good Luck!

Okay, now I'm completely freaked out. I finally got through to the Paypal confirmation page and it has all my correct payment info and order address, BUT the total and ship to address are BOTH WRONG!!! I guess the Paypal site is just completely overloaded at this point.

Finally got through after 1 hour, 45 minutes and then one of my items was no longer available, but at least I was able to order the last thing my DD wanted:

Ugh it's not working. The promo blurb is on the bottom of the duplo items, but I added two, 1 for 49.99 and 1 for 6.99 and it says it doesn't meet the minimum. Darn! I really wanted the lego set.
