25 minutes on hold

They have Caller-ID down there. Rich forgot to mention they always make him wait 25 minutes when they see who is calling.:tongue:
 
....and I'm sure you saying "you also probably designed the new Member Guide" didn't help.

We have had long waits on hold in the past but it has been getting better. I remember bieng told that there was an actual time limit that you were allowed to be placed on hold for. I want to say four minutes but I can't swear to it.
 
I'm condfident that any Disney cast member would be offended if told they don't have a "very Disney-like attitude".

As we all know, so much of oral communication is not what is said, but how it is said.

Just another opinion. I have never had a single problem, rudeness or otherwise, when dealing with member services. Unless you count the rate at which points seem to fly out of my account.
 

If my original post was read correctly, you would see that the twenty five minutes was after she found out what I needed. They answered right away when I called, there was no wait at all. The twenty five minutes was the time it took them to shuffle things around. The only conversation after the hold was her saying, "Its all taken care of" and me saying "Thank you"

The elevator is great, the bathroom is perfect, the counters are great, it really is almost perfect....just one problem, my 200 year old mother in law is only three feet tall. She can't even see the top of the bed, let alone mount it. They really need a ladder r something. At Three O'Clock in the morning, mil has to pee, she climbs down from the mountainous bed, but is unable to re-mount it. So we go in there at 7:00 am and find her sleeping on the floor.

Something really needs to be donw about the height of those beds in HA units.

Can't believe how crowded it was last night, Epcot was mobbed.

Ahh gee Rich, being the Gentleman you are, just get down on all fours and let MIL use you as a stool. Just a little "tongue in cheek" back at ya.

I agree you owe MS a big Thank You for getting you what you needed on such short notice.
