Hey Amanda! I'm glad that everything is finally coming together. I love your new reception location. That will be a unique location to have it and I recalled that you, toward the beginning of your other PJ, mentioned that AK is Eric's favorite place.
About the DP - while Italy is my preference to view Illuminations from, the UK is great as well. If you do end up with the UK and can't move to the Italy location, you'll be having so much fun that night with the excitement of the upcoming wedding, surrounded by friends and family, enjoying great Disney food and feeling that special Disney magic that I doubt you'll even give the Italy location a thought. So, please don't stress about the location. You have a location reserved and it will be a great night regardless if it's in the UK pavilion or the Italy pavilion.
Thanks! You are completely right and it's not the end of the world...just a bit dissapointing. I am really excited about that night and to show everyone just how Disney does IT
Thanks Stacey!
You will have an amazing day and night!! Wherever you end up for your dessert party you will have a great time and it will look lovely and you'll remember it forever. We had ours at Japan and wouldnt change a thing about it - to begin with I was very worried about the location but it turned out amazing. People walking past kept stopping to wish up congratulations and a mum asked if her little girl could take a photo of us. I'll never forget moments like those!! You can't get that anywhere else but disney
After it ended the rain came down really heavy as everyone was running out of the park - we just sat snuggled under the pavillion roof for a while and then had to make a run for it, but i didnt care about getting wet, it was so much fun! Trust me, fate will make sure you have a memorable day - just enjoy it

I wish I would have been better prepared emotionally for when our planner opened the wedding pavillion doors, I was so overwhelmed that I cried all the way down the aisle

Luckily we agreed on doing it this way, but maybe if we had lots of guests & a wedding party then we might have done it the traditional way - it's just what suits you both best and what fits in with your plans for the day.
He did call me and tried to calme me down but still it was hard. I did enjoy not being with him the night before actually. I had so much fun with my bridesmaids that night it was ridiculous. I will always remember that night as one of the bests! I tried my dress on for all my girls. I showed them my lingerie for the honeymoon. It was fun
He obviously doesnt want anything bad to happen and wants to make sure you have a lucky future
