I love packing cubes, I use them all the time. We travel 4-6 times a year always with the cubes.

I mailed a box to myself at the hotel with all of my toiletries in it, so I will be able to pick it up at check in. I did tracking and saw it arrived. I love spray sunblock, and those don't come in 3 oz cans.

I put the kids in their bathing suits too. I love to have a quick bite to eat and then the pool until rooms are ready.

We leave a week from today, so I need to get going on the packing! Hopefully after I work this weekend, I can get the laundry done and the bags packed!

I'm getting so darn excited for this trip. I just got our WDW docs for our after-cruise stay, and we got some neat luggage tags in the package. And my TA threw in some pins, I'm guessing so we have some extras to trade.

Putting some lotion sunscreen in a little bottle is a good idea. I do love the spray on stuff, though, and since we're coming in the night before, we'll be able to pull it out of the checked luggage.

Can't wait!

We leave Thursday night, this week coming! Headed to Universal,

So the kids think we are headed to Disney ! When the van fetches us at the airport, he will take us to Portifino Bay!
Next morning Harry Potter early entry, 4Pm That day we head to OKW .
My Mil is not going to make the trip. TG for trip insurance.


So we will have 2 girls sharing there own room how excited are they going to be, not that they wont be missing there grand mother! but!
18 & 17 they can handle it!

It is a cat 5 room with a huge Verandah!

Can't believe we booked this two years ago, and it's finally here!

We'll be leaving RI on Tuesday, and plan on a nice cold drink at the Top of the World at Bay Lake Tuesday night and a visit with OrlandoMike...

We so need this vacation. Got some rather dismal news recently, DW's place of employment for the last 21 years will be giving up the lease and moving her operation to KY. So that puts us both on unemployment as of September 6...although I am currently working 2 part time jobs.. We have confidence it will all work out, and this vacation is going to be so enjoyed! Kids are getting older, and who knows how many more times we will all vacation together!

Last one out, be sure to shut off the light..See you all on Deck 4 @ the Vista Cafe...I'll have a lime green golf shirt...

I will have on a polo that says, Disney Dream Inaugural voyage, Blue! or the Gray t shirt!
We never saw the whole ship! first time round!
But spent a fair amount of time at Pink!!!!!!!

We did do brunch and it is awesome!!
as we floated around Castaway Cay and the Disney Magic!
We are Aft in a verandah Stateroom, If any one wants to touch the mickey on the back of the ship LOL.... we are in the room above it!

Thank you, no choice but to be positive...can't dwell on negative thoughts, or they will consume you! I have DVC points and I know how to use them.. Doesn't get much more positive than that.

My travel career is starting to pick up, that is a huge positive so we'll be fine, I just know it!

I will be the one with a drink!

Plan on wearing a Forest Green golf shirt with The Travel Connection on it...If not, catch you at the Vista Cafe!

Sorry to hear that Rick. My travel career is a nice supplement too, but I still have a full time job until it takes off. Hoping you can do what you love and get paid for it from now on!

Just finished our FE gifts and added them to the growing pile of mess on the bedroom floor. It will all make it's way into suitcases eventually (maybe while I am sleeping!?! Packing fairies perhaps?)

The sun is finally shining here in Newfoundland. 22C today - of course it's hot whiel we are gone...but Florida will be hotter!

I wished I lived closer, I love to pack! I am actually really good at it too, the kids are both packed in rolling back packs and I am in a 22 inch suit case, that is for 3 nights at the park and the ship. I don't mess around! I always say that will be my business someday, I will go to peoples houses go through their closets pick out their stuff and then pack it for them. I love luggage too!

I just packed today! Just a few odds and ends to throw in. We're flying out on Friday and spending a day in Harry Potter World before the cruise. I started by putting a few things in my suitcase and before I knew it, I was bringing clothes out of the closet, packing them and then crossing them off my list! Just couldn't stop once I started!

Wow PrinceandPrincess, 22 inches! That's great and definitely awesome packing! You've inspired me to go back into my suitcase and take a few things out!

We are packed and ready to go. Leaving tomorrow for our WDW vacation before the cruise on Sunday. We just got tickets for La Nouba tonight and are going to see that tomorrow night so we are incredibly excited about that.

Looking forward to getting on the Dream on Sunday. I'll be wearing my WDW Radio running team shirt (you may look at me and wonder how I'm a runner...). Look forward to meeting everyone on the Dream.

Everyone's taking off - it's so hard to believe it's almost time! Coach Rick, we feel your pain - DH has had some bad job stuff going on for the past little while, and we are so looking forward to not thinking about it while on vacation!

We haven't packed much at all, but DD13 just finished doing all of her laundry from her week away, so that's one big step closer. Still haven't sorted out the pirate costume issue - we may be wearing them, or we may not.

Hadn't given enough thought to what to wear to identify ourselves - DH actually has a moderately lime green polo, so maybe I'll try to get him to wear it that day. He's also got a long ponytail (dark brown, some gray) so he's easy to spot - he'll be the big guy with three short women dragging him around (yes, I'm very short, and DD12 and DD13 are an inch taller and an inch shorter than me, give or take). I've also got a tye dye mickey head shirt, and if I'm feeling brave, I'll wear it.

Can't wait to meet everyone!

Hi everyone - we're still here!

We are driving from the DC area early Saturday morning. We try to get on the road around 4 - 4:30 AM and will arrive at the Radisson around 5 PM or so - depending home much time we spend in the St. Augustine Disney outlet. My DH likes to trade pins and one time we scored a box miscellaneous pins to trade for a really good price at this outlet.

We haven't packed much at all, but DD13 just finished doing all of her laundry from her week away, so that's one big step closer. Still haven't sorted out the pirate costume issue - we may be wearing them, or we may not.

I've only just started putting out stuff to pack (bonine, water shoes, etc), but haven't messed with the clothes yet. I ordered the new passporter cruise guide and spent the weekend reading that and making lists. We've decided not to wear pirate costumes this time. I've got a dress that I consider "tropical" - good enough!

Good idea about the tye dye mickey head shirt. My DH has one in blue and I'll ask him to wear it on Sunday. Sandy - we'll look for you in the terminal. I know my DD14 would really like to meet your girls - especially since we're doing Atlantis at the same time and doing the b2b together.
