2025 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Information & Planning Thread

Is today the day the schedule will be released?
I have no idea. The booth menus were not released until August last year. Reservations for the Eat to the Beat dining packages started on July 9th last year.

We're heading to Epcot for the Wine & Dine half marathon and Food & Wine Fest in Oct and the only thing that will make training a little easier is to start obsessing about all the foods and drinks that we plan to indulge in after the race!!!

Global Marketplace Menus were released on
8/13/2024 last year. The first release of the concert schedule was on July 1st last year. It was updated several times during July and August.

Great group this year. I don't think we've seen Big Bad Voodoo Daddy in while. The Beach Boys are a surprise ... pure speculation on my part but I'd bet John Stamos will be playing with them.

For those new to the festival, historically Joey Fatone and Friends, Hanson, Boys II Men, Voodoo Daddy and Tiffany have all been very popular. I'm going to guess Beach Boys will be too. Not to say the others are unpopular, but these are the ones I remember stand-by lines starting in the morning and reaching capacity, so I'd probably consider the dining package for these if important to you to sit in the theater. Reservations open July 16th ... believe still subject to the 60-day window like any other reservations for your trip. Also, only a small portion of the bleacher seating is under cover so if that's another potential consideration for the package (doesn't guarantee covered seating but gives you the option to line up early and be among the first to enter).

You can hear the music from anywhere in the American pavilion so it's also an option to grab a drink from the Regal Eagle or some food and just hang out and listen if a seat in the amphitheater and seeing the stage isn't as important to you.

Stick with just a drink 🤣

Anyone want to wager on how soon we will be seeing Benson Boone as a regular... moonbeams and Ice cream anyone..

I always end up with either the CC music or the off days , this year I got both 🤷‍♀️

Maybe someone here can remember, did any of the booths open early before 11am last year?

I am switching from Universal to Disney that day and plan to do so early enough for Rope Drop. Will be staying at PoP. This one day is pretty much only for Food and Wine, though I may ride a ride or 2 as well. Just want to know how to plan my eating!
Last year I think some were open t at about 10:45, but it was only some and I think just because they happened to be ready early.

LOL - When I read the line up, I FULLY EXPECTED to see him on it!

I'm there 10/3-9.....as always, dates are TBD and not the top of the line up that is noted.... *sigh* (one less thing to try and squeeze in I guess)

The prices seem to have increased by quite a bit for the dining packages this year! Looking at the prices, Biergarten is $16.01/pp more on the package than booking not on the package, Garden Grill $17/pp more. Chefs De France was only $66 for the Candlelight package in 2024, and is now $81! I hate to see what the cost for the Candlelight processional packages will be this year!

Ooooh La Calle is good. I've seen them a few times at Disney Springs. And I've seen The Hooligans at the UK Pavillion-they're good as well!

Haven't done a dining package in years, but my husband really wants to see Boyz II Men so I think we'll book one since I know they're popular. How flexible are they if you want to substitute an appetizer instead of a dessert? I'm flipping through the menus trying to see which package we might want to aim for. I wish they'd just let you order what you want off the menu and charge you $20 per person for the reserved seating, because the packages are definitely higher priced than ordering the same items off the menus...at least that way we wouldn't get stuck with desserts that we'd never order/don't want.

As I think about it, Candlelight packages also included an alcoholic beverage (if over 21). Or at least ours at Tutto Italia did, capped at a certain dollar amount I've forgotten, but we had a lot of options. Wonder if that's an error in the F&W package description or an intentional omission.
