Wonder if they realized they have a strong incentive to narrow the gap with the resort they are actively selling.

That they cannot do. Actual expenses have to be the basis. They can choose to subsidize but not arbitrarily increase.

Now I just need Aulani subsidized to come out, seems like it's typically around 75% of standard dues so 7.32 or so?

RIV is $9.0522. I did notice that the Developer guarantee language seems different so I have to review that from last year. Others check!

Great! Then I figured it wrong...and, the Developer Guarantee language is the same from last year....so, no change...

Oh right, forgot they already announced the TAT for 2024, 5% though for VDH is surprising given that we all expected it to follow the trend of CCV/RIV where they start high and then have minimal increases after that at least for a few years.

Wow SSR had a 3.5% increase. Won’t be the SAP of choice for much longer. Glad I only own 75 here

But it is absolutely beautiful! Hurts so good We stayed on the hotel side last week and boy oh boy if we lived west coast… no doubt would’ve bought in.

If I owned VDH and knew it was going to support DL workers earn a living wage I'd feel completely fine with that. We'll see how things go in the coming years

That's funny, I looked at the SSR increase and thought hmm, not bad, still lower than many of the other resorts! More than $1.50 cheaper than OKW, almost $1 cheaper than AKL.. still pretty good for SAP, in my view!

Yeh, I was pretty pleased with 3.5% too! Also own at BLT and CCV and I think they may give SSR a run for its money in the SAP stakes!
