I appear to be bad luck. Both of my properties released so far are higher than 5%.

Wonder if they realized they have a strong incentive to narrow the gap with the resort they are actively selling.
Member Services must not be talking to Member Accounting... I had heard dues would be released this week, and it seems accounting jumped the gun on all the mailers late last week. Tons of people have been confirming they have received the paper mailers, and it looks like I've got more coming in the mail today for other resorts. Keep in mind - If you've setup paperless, you won't receive a paper mailer.
