2017 Ride Refurbs

When do they usually announce refurb schedules for rides? We are looking at going to Disney the first week or so in February, but I am anxious to see what all might be closed for refurb. We went in Late April last year and with the exception of Soarin' it was a much busier time so most things were open. This would likely be our last trip for a few years, so I would like to know ahead of time if a favorite would be completely closed!!
