Only the YC quiet pool is being renovated and I doubt anybody will miss it with the weather we are having. I forget what the sun looks like. Bob said to me yesterday, "Let's move to Florida ... I need sun!" LOL Worse winter in the ten years we have been here. I can take the cold, but no sun is horrible!! It could be worse I know ... at least there is no snow and ice. But I need the sun to heal me. I've been suffering from sinus/bronchitis since December 26th. My doctor gave up and has me going to a lung specialist on Thursday. Not sure I'm going to make it to work tomorrow and Monday ... cough is so bad my ribs and head hurts from all the coughing. Hopefully the dry sunny weather in the desert at Jeanne's will fix me up. Hurry up 2/19!!!

Teena I hope you start feeling better soon! Prayers coming your way.

I hope you're getting to that stage soon. Took a little over two months. I, too, am looking forward to some warm weather!! Remind me when I'm there in July NOT to complain about the Florida heat!!

We just got home yesterday and were complaining that Monday-Wednesday was too hot! I enjoyed the cool, rainy Thursday.

I think that can be said for most of the country!! I know multiple storms every week is getting really old for me!! People are counting down till spring, but I think I'm just gonna skip spring and count down to summer... come on SUMMER!!

I hope the dry weather helps you, but I know just being with the girls will be amazing medicine!!

Teena, I've seen a lot of this both in co-workers as well as ER patients. We've had people come in with weeks of coughing, some who have been on 2 courses of antibiotics. Only to end up with pneumonia, the germs seem to get worse every year. The wet weather definitely doesn't help, and I hope you are better soon for your visit with the Princess

Ms. Dee..I need to apologize I left for the GF for a few days..and I changed back my reservation. This time to YC Standard rooms..I am hopeless, no rhyme or reason. I wanted GF, the same day the new room pics came out....ugh. Bring on SAB (again)

The weather this year has been horrible, no matter what part of the country you live in.

I'm soooo sick of ice and snow.

Had a scary night Wednesday. Lost power and with my mom on the oxygen machine that is nerve wracking. We do have portable tanks but they only last so long. They were able to get us up and running in a few hours but that was a scary few hours!

Come on August!

Cabins were wonderful except for the weather. So much room (it will be hard to go to a small hotel room after the cabins) and Bob was so funny driving around on the golf cart!!

And housekeeping was super!!!!!!!!

Thanks all!! Bob just insisted I go over to Centra Care. He says at least they will x-ray the lungs and get the ball rolling. He doesn't want me to wait until Thursday for the lung specialist.

Feel better soon, Teena! I totally agree, this FL winter lack of sunshine is driving me crazy too. I'm not crazy about the cold, but it's better with some sun! We went to MK last Sunday, and it was perfect...drove back home to the Daytina Beach area, and DH said it was foggy and gray all day. I'm glad I got an extra day of sun with my fun.

Just got back. It's pneumonia. I'm loaded with prescriptions and need to rest for the next few days. So sorry I'm going to miss all the Disers there at the Y&B tomorrow and Monday. Was really looking forward to seeing some friends!!!
