2013 Madeira Port Schedule Out!

This I might be able to do. Our district's Fall break starts October 1st. He'd miss one week of school. Not sure if I will do it but if it's an option I might.

Mine will be missing the last 2 weeks of kindergarten next May if the EBTA dates are correct.

I'm not sure why they can't do this? Right now they do an LA to SF to Ensenada then back to LA.

DCL can't sail from Hawaii to LA - even with Ensenada thrown in. They would have to end a one-way cruise in Ensenada.

I posted on one of the Hawaii threads that based on the port schedule for Maui - I think DCL is planning b2b one-way Hawaii cruises in September from Vancouver to Honolulu and Honolulu to Vancouver. Then I think they would sail to LA, maybe do some Pacific coast cruises, and eventually a PC cruise.

The Wonder in Miami!! Cool, maybe we will see the introduction of some new Caribbean ports.

I am beyond stoked about a possible PC cruise. I already talked to the kids school about them missing the 2 weeks and I was given the okay. Crossing my fingers all these rumors are true!

I am booked on the Dec. 8, 2012 Fantasy Podcast cruise, but I will give the Dec. 9 Panama Canal cruise some serious thought.

Have to see dates as we go to HH in mid - late August and don't want that messed with family would have a fit.

I'm so nervous and excited. I'm at work and barely can concentrate and keep coming back to the boards hoping there's more information!

My TA is calling me tomorrow to get all my details, but I'm super hoping that gold/platinum will be allowed to book early!

Here's for a med cruise. My ideal would be a 12 day, although I would get more OBC with 2 7 day/back to back. I just think you have more opportunity to get to know people and our 12 day baltic was so awesome.

However, I'll take 2 7 days back to back western/eastern med if there aren't any 12 day, or if the dates don't work for a 12 day. My son turns 18 on August 14, so I don't want to be on a cruise on that day as I want him to be in the teen club the entire cruise.

The suspense is unbearable. My NYC cruise is not being planned until I can get this cruise booked and out of the way.

I don't know if its healthy or normal to be so obsessed. My family is bugging me and telling me to chill out.

At least I am not alone!! I'm busy at work and I still find time to obsess about this!!! :thumbsup2

I am in the same position. Have you noticed that the prices and availability on that cruise shot up? I think maybe some of those cancelled MR cruisers switched to that cruise.

FYI:

On our Dec. 24th cruise on the Magic, they were using the Dec. 8th, 2012 Fantasy cruise when dummy bookings were requested. We are booked on it, but aren't planning on sailing on it.

THAT explains it!! I was thinking of bumping up to a higher level of cabin and everything was selling out - if I don't change that date when the 2013 Wonder/Magic dates come out, probably a lot of other people will and then I can upgrade to a higher cabin class.

I booked an inside cabin on the Dec. 8 Podcast cruise. Although the lowest prices are $140 pp more than when I booked, those prices have remained the same for quite awhile. It must be the balcony cabins that have jumped in price.

DCL will have to do something different to make cruising out of Miami on an old ship desirable!

Disney will do something different from the other cruise lines:
First they have a rodent infestation, ::MinnieMo: :smickey:

They invite royalty.

and add in a few large birds, some chipmunks and a few other animals

You know the words to most of the songs played onboard.

They top it off with pixie dust to sweeten people's moods as well.
:tinker:

Maybe it is because I am looking for 4 people - but all that is left is verandah rooms....
