Yes, each person must have their room key (kids included) and you will be issued a wrist band for the day. The color changes each day so the first time each day you will need your keys.

Hey everyone- thanks so much for the wishes for a nice vacation for me and for Teena!



For some of you newer folks here-even though most people were wishing us both a great trip, Teena and I are not vacationing together. Teena's off on a cruise, I'll be going to Atlantis. Didn't want anyone getting confused.

But to add a little confusion, here are a couple of pictures from Teena's trip:

My paranoia always keeps me from announcing a Disney trip until we're 100 days out, but since this is WDW minus 100, please add us to the Be Our Guest list for July 22-29. BC CL, here we come (in a little over three months... )!

One more question:
Has anyone had the oatmeal at the Marketplace? Is it unsweetened? My mom is coming with us this trip and she is diabetic. She usually has oatmeal w/ nuts in the morning and puts splenda on top. I was thinking how lucky it was that it was listed in the Marketplace menu, until I thought about whether it would be pre-sweetened. Also, do they have nuts to go with it?

Yes there is a long indoor corridor that connects them.

Yes there is a long indoor corridor that connects them.

Almost, but not quite right. You walk inside until you reach Yachtsman's Steakhouse, then you have to exit. You walk outside on a covered walkway, past the hair salon, exercise room & Beaches & Cream. Then you go baqck inside into the Beach Club, on the far side of Cape May, around the hallway & into the BC lobby. You wil be protected from rain, unless it's really bad tho.

Ordered our Dark Side tickets through UT, got a 3 pack of spray sunblock from Costco, found my floppy hat and beach bag, ordered three pairs of new Keens (DH has a pair)... It's coming together!!

Dee don't forget to bring lots of sunblock for Atlantis. Our friends got back a few weeks ago and said a mini bottle of spray sunblock was $27!!!

I will continue to draw your attention to my ticker. LOL

Just ran out today to pick up another bottle of sunscreen. I know prices of anything I forget will be beyond ridiculous!

Love our tickers! Starting to get really excited. Sounds like you are doing well getting ready. I feel like I am behind in the trip preparation this time. I am still digging out summer clothes which are packed away.

Dark side tickets Love UT, used them twice. But past few years have APs. Did you get the Kinseys sunblock from Costco? Love that one. It never feels yucky on my skin. Have fun
