2011 Holiday Tour. Who has booked and when?

Thanks for adding us to the list :)

No surprise, she was here when you and I talked, but, I'll make sure she keeps the secret ;)

I know she will! she is such a sweet girl :goodvibes
we are getting so close!

I haven't read through all of this thread yet and will do so.....but has anyone taken this tour with a bunch of little ones. :scared1: We have a DD5 and DD3 and a little DS10 months to be exact...it's worth it to us to get great parade seats and not have to camp out for seats with the wee ones. Has anyone taken strollers (or actually a single stroller and a double stroller) on the tour? I assume the guide would give you time to park the strollers etc. How did the parade seating work...did your whole party get to sit together, did the guide seat you in specific seats (we've had problems with the Fantasmic special seating/desert with them splitting our family up). Can you purchase tickets only 30 days of your tour date like other reservations or is it open for the whole holiday season? I'll read the whole thread to get more info as soon as I can. Thanks in advance!

I haven't taken my kids on the tour (yet), but from others it seems like it's still fun for the little ones, but it is a lot of walking, which you would likely be doing anyway. Strollers are no problem, you just have to fold it on the train and park it when riding the rides and viewing the parade. I was actually wondering if they'll let you park the stroller in the viewing area in case of sleeping little ones, my dd is 7 months, we're going next weekend. I think you all get there the same time, so you all get seated together after getting treats.

For booking, you can book 30 days out and like Fantasmic, payment is due at booking.

I have decided I am going to surprise the rest of my family and book a tour for us. Now I just have to wait to the end of the month to book it :cool1:

I shall be waiting with you Aidensmom.

I think if there is a group of you it will make for a special part of the trip.

Are you guys sick of me yet ?

Here is a picture from last year's tour; my sis and I are holding our gingerbread Mickeys and cocoa mugs. I'm probably wearing the same sweatshirt I wore the other 2 years LOL.

Actually the photos helped me decide to do the tour so it is much appreciated pirate:

We are planning the tour for December 23. It will just be dh and I. Our teenagers have no interest in the tour or watching parades, so will go off and ride some rides.

Not at all DizMe, I get more and more excited with each of your photos. It also helps to see how happy you are, photo away.

I have added you to the list. Enjoy some lovely time with DH. Those alone moments are special even if you are amongst the crowds of Disneyland Holiday Parade.

Here's my question, do you HAVE to pick up the tickets for the tour? As I recall last year, we just went up to the tours window and they looked us up and checked us in.

Meredith, they told me I'd need to pick up my ticket from the Will Call at Guest Services.....so I'm assuming that's City Hall???
