We're still trying to decide on transportation from MCO to BC. What is the order of drop off from MCO to the BC? I can't seem to find the info - if there are many stops along the way, we may book our own airport transfer.

Teena thanks for the update. This thread moves soo fast I have been waiting for one from you and missed it. So glad you are on the right track. I think Disney really wasn't ready for me to stay at the Beach Club. Ever since I changed my reservation to the Beach Club in January, I have received every pin code that was sent out! So this morning I received the one for free dining. Staying at the Beach Club w/ free dining would have cost $300 more than our reservation now. With a savings of $1000+, we decided to downgrade to Coronado Springs. We've only stayed at Pop before this, so no matter where we stayed it would be a change for us. The thought of an extra $1000 to spend on our vacation just won out over my oh so very strong desire to stay at the Beach Club. We plan on getting married at Disney in 2013 (at the Yacht Club Gazebo non the less) and the Beach Club has our names written all over it!! This thread is great and I will always keep my eye on it. But for now, I have to move on.

Hi twinmum! I can share our most recent experiences with Magical Express (July 2010 and February 2011.) Both times, ME stopped at Port Orleans first, Boardwalk second and Beach Club third. In July, we waited a bit (maybe 10-15 minutes) in line at the airport for an ME bus. In February, we walked right onto a waiting bus. Each stop was relatively quick and we've always been pleased with Magical Express, even with the stops.

We've also used Magical Express to WL (March 2006 and February 2009) and the Poly (January 2011) and I'll admit it was much faster because WL was the first stop on our route when we stayed at WL and Poly was the first stop on our route when we stayed at the Poly.

I am soooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Staying at Beach Club has always been a WISH of mine.
I had to book a standard view room but I don't care. I am going to be thrilled with whatever I get. I'm just so freaking excited to be staying here!
I was booked at the Swan but thanks to a pin code I received yesterday, I was able to switch. Maybe next time, Swan!.. Beach Club here I come!!!

We used ME the last two Julys. I don't remember the stops in 2009, but in 2010 we had the same stops at Pixarmom- POR and Boardwalk. In both years, we landed around 10 am, had very little wait before the bus departed the airport and we were at the Beach Club before 11:30 am and walking into the Magic Kingdom by 12:30 or 1 pm.

Don't want to set any unrealistic expectations, but were were very pleased with the service.

What is the bus route for BC? It seems like it shares with S&D, BW and YC? Is that right? Is there a loop and where does BC fall into that loop?

i.e. bus to MK...does it go right there or make stops? Bus from MK...same question.

I guess it depends on when you go. Last December the bus would stop at YC, then BC, then BW then on to whatever park it was going to. Coming back it sometimes would stop at YC then BC then BW. I've read where some times the BW is not in the loop. But that's been my experience in Dec. 2008 and again in Dec. 2010.

We had the same experience in February 2011, July 2010 and March 2010. On the way to AK or MK, the only stop after BC has been BW. Sometimes we didn't stop at BW, but that was mostly first thing in the morning and if the bus was too full to take more passengers.

On the return trip, we've always stopped at YC before BC. And sometimes, we've also had Swan/Dolphin stops right before YC (but only during slower times when the bus is really empty.)

I traveled alone with my 3 little kids last August and we were dropped off 1st. My DH flew in later that night (single adult male) and was the absolute last person on the bus! I wonder if there isn't a little flexibility in the order.

I on the other hand like to go somewhere with lots of things to do and see and experience with my kids. This make WDW a perfect spot for me.

So this year we are going to Stone Harbor NJ in July for a week to keep DW happy and then we are going to WDW in August.

After just changeing our dates on Wednesday, I am embrassed to say we changed again today, but it really was not our fault this time since Jet Blue is coming out with their new fares on Mondy March 7th for Sept 7th thru Oct 29th and we have credits we need to use before they expire, plus it will be nice to have our air fare all booked

We will now be at the Beach Club from Oct 19th to Oct 25th

Well you just know that no matter what, Beach club would have to be the last stop on the Magical Express because all those other folks who made the mistake of staying somewhere else would fly off the bus and try to sneak in the Beach Club once they got a peep at what they were missing!

I must say though that is usually the DW that is all for Disney and the DH that needs the convincing! My hubby was that way the first time, then he was hooked after that - so I guess I lucked out!

I'm going to offer a different opinion. In 2009, we stayed at the Polynesian and we were the 1st stop. Even so, we will NOT be using ME this time around. The wait at the airport was awful! So long, and so hot, I thought my DH was going to lose it! Not the way I wanted to start a vacation. I'm going to book a car service this time. Not sure if it will be better, but there is no way I'll ever get him on that bus line again.
