2010 news from the Magic

I can think of a few things FPO could stand for, but I definitely can't type them here, or risk being kicked off the Disboards forever!! :rotfl2:

I liked Nancy's response!

me too. lol

As far as I know... the TAs don't have a special line to call. They are in the same holding pool as everyone else. I live on the West Coast so, I'd be calling at 5 am so, I wouldn't have a problem getting up. It won't interfere with work stuff.

You just have to be super fast! Good luck in deciding..

If the TA is an Earmarked Agency as stated by Disney corporate then yes they do have a separate line that they call into

There is a 10nt and an 11nt sailing on the Magic
Dec 18-29, 2010 and Dec 29, 2010-Jan 8, 2011

There are two 7nt cruises on the Disney Wonder
Dec 23-30, 2010 - regular Western itinerary
Dec 30, 2010-January 6, 2011- regular Eastern itinerary

I think so ;)

So you could tell I was totally smiling and nodding my way through it? :lmao:

And as far as the topic at hand....we are considering Celebrity or Royal Caribbean for our Baltic cruise unless Disney does the discounted cat. 12's again or something similar. Not sure if we can justify spending all that extra money just for the Disney name. The saved money would definitely help with airfare. :thumbsup2

Or perhaps after paying for the Europe cruise - it will mean "Forever Poor Onboard." :teeth:

Hey, if people have the money, I say more power to them! I just don't think we'll be falling into that category. I'll be interested to see what people book and how these cruises fill up.

How much were the prices in '07? was it so much less then than the 2010 prices? We were expecting to pay around 12k for a family of 3 in 2010 in a cat 6.

It seems like the 2007 Med prices started at about $2500/pp, so they're a few hundred more for 2010. The Baltic prices are what surprise me!

The 2010 cruise looks to be just a little higher than the 07 pricing. Before switching to cat 12, we were slated to pay about 13K for a family of 4 in a category 6 on the 6/16 Med trip.

A couple of other things to remember, air has gone up and the value of our dollar has gone down.
