2010 Holiday Tour booked! Added: compilation of who's going when.

I'm going on Dec 3 but on the noon tour

So.... with a 70% chance of rain on Sunday, what do you think will happen with the tour if the parade is cancelled for rain? I called today and the CM told me that the tour will go rain or shine. I said that the main purpose of purchasing this tour was for the special parade seating (incl the gingerbread and cocoa!) which, if the parade gets cancelled for rain, makes the tour a moot point for us. She checked with a supervisor and told me that they could switch my tour for another date (not helpful since we have a WOC package on Saturday and we are only there those 2 days). She said if it is raining the only other thing we could do would be to check with the CM at the tour check in. So here's hoping that the rain is done before the parade or waits until after it!

We are booked on the Saturday 3:00pm Tour. I will also wait to see what the forecast says on Friday (we fly our saturday am) but it's good to know that, worst case scenario, we can switch our tour to another day!

Here's hoping for some pixie dust to keep the rain away!!

The rescheduled trip is currently planned for MLK weekend. Which means no Holiday Tour. I may be able to scoot down there for a day trip in December. Still trying to wrangle one of hubby's freebie SW flights ;-) I need to find out if I can book a Holiday Tour once I arrive at the park for the same day.....

When I rang to book they were sure to remind me several times that the tours are completely non refundable.

I have read on the Dis that they offer a refund or let you change your date if Disney cancels the tour for some reason (weather etc).

But I am fairly certain that they will not give you back your money or let you swap dates if you are simply a no show.

So my 3:00am wake-up call worked and after being on hold for only about 5 minutes, I was able to book!

We are on the 3:00pm tour on Tuesday the 21st of December...this trip will now be even that much more amazing!

Going on the 3pm tour on 17 Dec (okay, I am a few days late letting everyone know...I was camping with Cubs...) :0)

Well, they say good things happen in 3's....................You got your tickets and I can see fellow countryman AussieCaribou got their tickets after the 3am wake up call!

Fingers crossed I can get our tickets on Wednesday morning for the tour on my birthday!!!

What time Eastern does the Tour office open? I thought it opened at 9am our time, but it actually opens at 10am Eastern/8am Pacific?

And there are 2 tours right? (one at 12 for the 2:30 parade & one at 3 for the 5:30 parade...)...?

Oh! And if I'm calling for December 24th and/or December 25th (I know, I know we're certifiable) when (what dates) do I call in November (since November is a 30-day month rather than a 31-day month)?

For Dec 24th, call the 24th of November, and for the 25th, call the 25th of November.
