I just looked at the snack list and it said the large square rice krispy treat is NOT on the DDp snack list ,I was here in June and I got this and also the one covered in chocolate for a snack credit, has it changed since then?

Where did you purchase it?

Hmm...I'm probably referring to the very large ones that they also sell. The individual size is still included.

Thank you sooooooooo much for this thread! I was under the impression that the snacks included in the dining plan were just ordinary things like a bottle of water, whole piece of fruit etc. from the "examples" list on the dining plan pdf. I printed out the list!! So many impressive things I wouldn't have thought to ask about. I'm really excited to find the Dole Whip on there!!! :cool1:

Thank you again !!!!

At the risk of sounding strange I will ask a question. We'll be traveling in Dec. and staying at AKL. We only have regular park tickets, not hoppers. We'll be on the DxDDP so we will have a lot of snack credits to use for items that we wish to bring back home. Is it possible to have items purchased with snack credits in the MK sent to our hotel or at least held to near the end of the day to pick up? Or would we have to either carrry them with us following purchase or rent a small locker to store them in? I'm thinking specifically of fudge and large lollipops at Main Street Bakery and wonder if we wait until the end of the day if the selection would be low (in addition to the bakery being super crowded at that time.)

Thanks for all this great info. A far cry from popcorn, soda, bottle of water listed on the brochure :)

I believe you can have packaged things like lollipops, cotton candy, stuff that isn't behind the counters sent back to your room just like pens, shirts, and other gift items. Fudge and other baked goods you'd have to wait until you are about to leave the park. I pretty sure they won't hold merchandise for you either seeing as they wouldn't want to be held responsible if anything were lost of stolen, esp. in Disney. Hope that helps! Also seeing as you don't have the hopper option, Downtown Disney is a great place to use snack credits at Goofys Candy Co. because you can come and go to Downtown Disney as many times as you'd like during your trip. So you aren't just limited to bakery places at the parks. :)

Just an fyi on Kaki Gori, they raised the price and removed it from the DDP. Although it was only 3 and change, they still would not take a snack credit for it. The only items at that cart area that are snacks credits are bottleed water and softdrinks. As it is DD's favorite snack, I did pay OOP for one, but just so you all know!

Hun, what a pity!:guilty:
I'll probably try them OOP b/c I love frozen desserts... I even own one of those manual ice crushers machines made in Japan but I can bet in WDW even the shaved ice can taste better:laughing:

Thank you for this list. I have never purchased the dining plan before. However, my husband, 3 year old daughter and myself (who will be 7 months pregnant) will be going to WDW in the end of January/beginning of February and want to purchase the deluxe dining plan. I had no idea there were so many snack options. I thought it was just a drink, fruit, popcorn, ice cream or ice pop. Thanks for this fabulous compilation!

We just used our snack credits for breakfast at the BC Marketplace. I got a lemon cranberry scone, DS had a plain bagel, and DD had a cinnamon raisin bagel. Thanks for this thread. We think using snack credits for breakfast is the best use for them (all except for when we are at HS and want cupcakes from Starring Rolls!!!!!!)

Our favorite option for using the SC is at the FW festival! We save up our SC for this! I can get a lamp chop, slice of beef and other yummy tastes for a SC! Last year, we just walked around to all the different booths around the WS and filled up! We have 2 kids, so that is 4 SC to use in 1 day! We bring in our own drinks and light snacks and then get the yummy stuff we can't normally get at home!

I did not notice the Ice Cream Carts (found in each Park) on the list?
It would include Mickeys Premium Ice Cream Bar, Mickeys Premium Ice Cream Sandwich, Edys Fruit Bar, Frozen Banana, Itzakadoozie Pop, Nestle Crunch Ice Cream Bar, Haagen Daz Bar, etc...
Aren't these DDP Snacks?

Yes they are. The carts aren't specifically mentioned since ice cream novelties are mentioned on the brochure. Rest assured you can get all the ice cream you want!:goodvibes

Yeah, we finally made our final plans and will be at WDW from 9/27 to 10/4. For the first time we will be there during F&W. I am looking forward to using some of our SC at the booths. We are on the QSDP so we will have 42 (YEAH!) SC to use up.

Thanks to OP for maintaining this list.:thumbsup2 I have used your lists over the past years for some great snacks! Any places you would like me to check on while we are there?

I heard there are no longer crushed reese cups for the make your own treats at goofy's. Has anyone who has been there this summer tell me if this is true? That is one of my must-have things at Disney - marshmallow covered in reese cups.
