2010/2011 DVC Planner- Do You Have It Yet?

I live 40 miles away from WDW.
I called MS today to say I still have not received my 2010 Planner.
I asked the CM where they are mailed from, and she said she has no idea.
She suggested I wait until May and call back if I still don't have it.
MAY? Why don't I just wait until December?

This is getting absolutely ridiculous. How are they mailing these things? They started arriving in homes mid-March and here it is late April and many of us are still waiting.

DVC -- please don't even bother sending ours at this point. All our 2010 reservations have been made (months ago) and I'll just check online for the seasons/points when I start booking our 2011 dates.

Our 2010 trip has come and gone, and our trip for 2011 is booked, but I still like looking at the pictures!!!

Guide told me on 2 occasions he will send me one, nothing. MS said (last week) they were just starting to be mailed, okay 2010 is 4 months in not getting this. CT still nothing.
Why wouldn't these be going out in Dec. of previous year.

So, still nothing here in Ontario, and it's May next week, so hubby and I are thinking we aren't going to pay our dues until next May, even though they are due in January.

Do you think Disney will go for it?
