Where did you get it? Directly at your resort or did you have to go to the DVC office at Saratoga Springs?

Will be at WDW next month, but don't think I would have time to go to Saratoga Springs just for that.

I received my EMPTY BOX today. The box had been re-taped, so I guess someone at the Post Office is enjoying it. Bummer!

Got ours a couple of weeks ago. Like yours, the box was re-taped after it had broken open somewhere along the way.

Fortunately for us, the planner was actually inside!

Unfortunately for us, it had the back cover shredded off and the enclosure with the 2011 charts was MIA. We can live without it though as we tend to print off the .pdf files of the charts as soon as they're released on the member site.
