Morning all,

I know this is off opic, but has any one been to Yosemite? If so do you have any suggestions? I would like to go horseback riding at least once. My kids are 18 & 21 so I have to keep them busy. Boredom is not not fun with these two. We will be there for three nights in June.

Joanne - there is really nothing off topic in a meets thread. It is all about getting to know each other and helping each other. I picked up the questions from our last Member Cruise thread but saw there I had picked it up off the CB. So I'm thinking I cut out some of the questions and didn't renumber. Sorry about that.

Since a number of us picked Sunday as our favorite day - Happy Sunday! I know for the last couple of years what I've enjoyed about Sundays is being able to count down towards our Member Cruises. This year is no exception. I can't wait to see what DVC has in store for us.

Happy Sunday, I like Sundays because I do all or most of my chores and running arround Saturday, So Sunday I can float in the pool or go to the beach or just nap if I want.

Today we threw a surprise 50th birthady party for a friend of mine. We actuallly pulled it off she had no idea. Her husband died two years ago from a brain tumor. It was so sad. So her daughter and I decided to do the surprise party, it was nice. She is an operating room nurse, so even a few of her doctors came. It was fun. I am pooped. I have been cooking since 7 am.

So after desperate housewives it's bed for me.

Joanne - I like Sundays for many of the same reasons. We do most of our errands etc on Saturday so Sunday is a more relaxing day.

The surprise birthday party sounds like a lot of fun!

I spent the afternoon with my Godmother. I don't see her too often and the years just go by so fast (especially after my Mom died). So Mark and I went out to visit and take her to lunch. We had a great time and I'm really glad we went.


Now we are on to Monday morning which is my least favorite day - back to work. Of course work pays for my cruises so it isn't all bad.
