The whole thing leaves me so cold - I HATE how they abuse the choir - getting 'em all dressed up and standing up there and all, and you're sitting there thinking, "I'm going to hear some choral music."

I mean you're thinking that because there's this great big honker of a choir standing right in front of your face ... and then they put microphones in the hands of four professional singers who never lose their death grips on those suckers for the whole entire performance and you end up never, ever HEARING the choir. The poor choir! The poor audience! The poor conductors! It's a travesty.

Well, OK, maybe just false advertising. But, still, NOT fun!

The choir is all CMs, and I know a few of the folks who do it. Let me just tell you that all they require is a willingness to commit to the schedule, not talent. After hearing some of my friends sing while practicing, you're probably safer NOT hearing them...

As for Ertha Kitt, our one and only time at WDW for the holiday season we were there to hear her narrate...BE STILL MY HEART! OMG, she was fabulous!

On, we will be at the CSR from the night if the 28th until night of the 4th.

I am new to the boards, but a long time Disney lover. My partner and I are celebrating five years this weekend.....with friends at Epcot (this will be our 8th time at Food & Wine this year. LOL) and Magic Kingdom.

We currently live in Orlando, and have annual passes so its easy to pop over to the parks for us.

Although Im a newbie..............I would be interested in meeting up.


and MacAddict...............I LOVE the Adventurers Club. I saw one of the characters in the mall shopping the other day. To me...........it was like seeing a Celebrity. And she actually remembered me from being in there. LOL

Hi, here are the exact dates:

November 25-December 1, 2007

Of course, folk with come in and leave on all different dates, but to the extend that we want to plan group events, they will fall on those dates!

Since our membership isn't at the Beach Club we will have to wait a few months to book for November. Our hope is to use our home resort in Jan (Saratoga Springs), June (Wilderness Lodge), October (Boardwalk), and November (Beach Club). Can't wait to meet you all.
