It is 56 Degrees here... One Week from Tomorrow... Call In Date... See You In Chat...

How about Chat Room#2 If Mark or Mary don't have it arranged for a formal room..... Just A Thought...

:jumping2:

I have a quick question, not necessarily just about this cruise. I checked the web site that was created for it and noticed that cat 3 now can be bought with points. Is this something new just for the member cruise or for other cruises too. I thought you could only go up to category 4 with points.

Here's hoping we join you next October.

It is just for the cruise. I am on hold to double check with Member Services....
Be Prepared from Lion King is the music on hold....Call Volume is unusually high...Next Song is some instrumental that I have no clue where it is from... OK, someone picked up... Catagory 3 is available on all cruises...evidently... I guess that they just don't publish the point charts...Hmmm, Learn something new every day....

Well, it's almost 10:00 and I've just about finished my shopping!!! :cool1: I just have a couple of gift cards to buy, so no big deal. I woke up at 4:15, showered and was at Walmart by 4:45. I grabbed my DVD recorder, Care Bears, Cinderella Dress and a couple of other clothing items and was back in the car by 5:10!!! :earseek: Next was Kohls, they opened at 5, so I knew I was already behind. No worries....I got all the toys I needed for 50% off and was out the door by 6:00....at Michaels for 6:05.....$100 later (all on me, but I saved like $80) I was at Toys R US at 6:30 and the sun hadn't come up yet!!! Got my power wheels, Dora tent, Doctor Kit and Tool Bench (for Emma she wants tools, I'm trying to get her to wear the princess dress while working with the tools!) 7:15---Target.....got my 1 item I needed there, back in the car. OK Great, it's 7:30 now what do I do???? Go to the mall!!! I just hit K&B Toys and the Disney store to grab the Higglytown Heroes and a couple of sweatshirts for the girls. Home by 9:00. Is it nap time yet?? :faint:

You guys should have seen me with my very complex Excel spreadsheet analyzing the deals and times the stores opened. I looked like such a geek!! My project for the after noon is to figure out how much $$ I saved!!

Diana!! I need a nap just thinking of all that!! :faint: :faint: :faint:

:p You guys are so BAD!!

Chris, congratulations on #111!!! :cool1: Have you noticed, your thread is up to 2 pages long. :cool1:

heh heh, that's funny, isn't it? Too much!

Hey, all! Just wondering if we missed much this morning. We just got back from the park where we had a picnic lunch and hung out for a few hours. Of course the kids played on the jungle gym and did some street chaolk drawings. By the time they got back to the truck, we had to put on the AC, since emily was starting to sweat. :sunny: :sunny: No lie! Ask Amy! How has everybody else's day been? Anyone else get up at 4:30 like Diana?

Well, I am off to wreck the bathroom... I'll leave that to your imagination... pirate: :badpc: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

He's quite the teaser, isn't he?!?!?!?!?! Yep, that's my DH!! What a goofball!!!

Anyway, we did have fun at the park. It was warm and sunny, a beautiful summer day for some, a wonderful fall day for us. Actually, it is kinda warm for this time of year here. Usually, we aren't in the upper 70s, but usually the low 70s, but certainly not SNOWING!!! :cold: :cold:

And, the reference to the bathroom, for those that don't know, Chris is REALLY wrecking the bathroom (master bath remodel).

Oh, and on a side note, I sent off all of the SSMC05 CDs & DVDs. You should be getting them by early next week. They have almost 4,000 images.

:cheer2: Thanks guys!! You're both great!! :cheer2:

I told my grandfather who lives in West Palm Beach yesterday I'm ready to come on down!! I think maybe he's related to you and Chris somehow as he was so quick to point out how his sons (he had 2 kids when he got remarried, so I have 2 twenty-something uncles! ) were out surfing and he spent the day watching them at the beach. Thanks, grandpa, you're a pal!

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: I can't wait.

We'll get them just in time to watch them and then set our dialing fingers ready for Saturday. :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :goodvibes

We just finished decorating the Christmas tree. Gee, what a job. Everyone starts up really enthusiastic and then in no time, it seemed like I was the only one participating in the "family" event. A little shagging got the rest of my family back where they belonged -- helping decorate the tree.

Now we are just finishing up some leftovers.....our favorite part of the Thanksgiving dinner the next day!! Yum!

Diana, did you catch that nap this afternoon??

Anyone planning on chat tonight?? :teeth:

I'll be in chat tonight! Karen may not be there so if she isn't Lisa and I said we would watch things so I can't sneak off to room 2.

I'll try to be in chat tonight too!! I have to clean my office/scrapbook room, so I'll be forced to be by the computer!!! :rotfl2:

OMG NO!! I'm so tired!! I was just telling DH, I'm not as young as I used to be. :rotfl2: I'm completely worn out! :rotfl2: If I'm awake at 9, which I probably will be since Emma discovered the Christmas candy dish filled with M+Ms and has been passing by it every 30 seconds. :earseek: I have to organize my presents, so I'll be working in here anyway, I'm sure I can chat while I work!

One more week folks!!!

Man Diana you hauled butt this morning. I think I drove past you as I was heading to Walmart this morning!
Jeff and I set out a little after 5am this morning. We hit Walmart, then Linens & Things, off to Target, on to Jc Penneys (morning break, breakfast at Friendlys.) a stop at Toys r Us, the Post office then home. Just to head back out to hit Kmart & Jc Pennys one more time (wanted more FREE mini Mickey snow globes).
After that trip we went up to my MIL (who is in N.C. this week) to brush the snow off her car and get the Tree and ornaments out of the shed for her.
The fun didn't stop once we got home. Then I had to organize all the booty that came home and seperate it by who's present it is and get all the receipts into the "Christmas Receipts" envelope.
:wave2:

edited to add : Jeff is konked out on his chair right now. I think he had trouble keeping up with me today!

Stacy, where was Nick while you were shopping?

Last night Gary & I were toying with the idea of being at Kohl's & WalMart at the same time. But, we couldn't leave Cameron & Walker home alone sleeping. Maybe Cameron, but no way could we leave Walker.

As it turned out, the "sleeping prince" didn't wake up until 9:45 this morning. I'm sure if we had left him alone (which we wouldn't go), he'd have been up at 4!!

As it turned out for us, we went no where.

Maybe tomorrow I'll head over to Sam's bright and early to avoid the crowds.

Don't be mis-lead people, the "sleeping prince" she's referring to is Walker - not me :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I did haul butt Stacy. I need to organizy my booty now. I plan to hide it all in my closet, the one where the monsters live. :rotfl2:

I did an savings analysis (the actuary in me, missing my working days!) and found that I only saved 35% at Walmart and my top savings was 68% at Michaels, second was Kohls at 56%. All together, I saved just about $20 more than I spent total. So it was definitely worth going out. And everyone was really super nice. The shoppers weren't pushing or shoving. I didn't wait in line to get any item I was looking for. I didn't have to punch anyone to get my DVD Recorder. I read about the guy who got his butt kicked in the Orlando Walmart for cutting the line. :rotfl: Duh, what was he thinking! The store staff in every store was amazingly helpful pointing out where everything was. It was a great experience. Except for the flying Care Bears. In Walmart, they had Care Bears with DVDs for $5. Every year, I buy a few of those "cheap gifts" and donate them to the family my MOMS Club adopts for Christmas. Well, I go over to the CareBears and people are tossing them to the other person they are with, who is catching them and putting them in the cart. No one got hurt, but flying carebears at 5am can be a little scary!! :earseek: :rotfl2:

Public Service Announcement!!

Time for some post-Thanksgiving PM box cleaning. :flower:

Well, a minor tragedy is over at our house. Madison was trying to sit on her little wooden Pooh chair and it fell over right onto her two littlest toes. She immediately started screaming and came right over to my mom, who happened to be here. She was limping a little, and wanted mommy, so I took her, turned her around to find her two little toes bleeding. We woke up Chris, who had gone to bed early because he wasn't feeling well, and he helped us clean her up. It looks like the chair came right down onto the nail of her littlest toe and it's all purple underneath (yuck!). We bandaged up her toes and after a few minutes she was running around chasing after Emily again. Poor little toesies!!!

Poor little Madison - ouch! Sending pixie dust her way to make the hurt go away!
