Stacy, amazing what modern medicine can do for folks.

When they first mentioned what they wanted to do I was like "You want to take what out" and "Don't I need that?"
My doctor was great and gave me a book to read up about it.

Yeah - I guess I'm in officially! I even found the album that I want to use! I found an awesome scrapbooking store right around the corner from me. It's owned by sisters, and they spoke to us for an hour today without me buying a thing. The have a beginners class for $15... Chris? Mary? (I figured that Gail and Ann Marie wouldn't want to make the trek to Canton. ) We could have lots of fun together! I just need to send Amy a PM now.

Stacy, great pictures! Think I have that lift vest tightened up enough? I was so afraid I was going to fall off I made sure it was on me! I guess it was! I have life vest rolls!

I don't know if this is going to work or not--but here's the pics from the Eco Tour. I also included them on the CD. Disclaimer here--I was scared out of my wits and wasn't working with the best equipment here so don't be overly disappointed in my lack of photography skills! If I would have taken a pic of the shark, I would have redeemed myself for sure!

Karen - When and where do the classes take place? This I might definitely be interested in. Might help take the anxiety out of joining in for me for sure.

Great pictures Diana! Looks like you guys had a great time. Where you got off your jet skis for the mid-way stop was it the location with the trees etc? That is different than what we did in May. We stopped on a sand bar.

I'm guessing we are going back to the hotel after dinner. You are more than welcome to come back with us. Have the girls bring their swimsuits to swim. Or better yet, book a room and stay with us. I think there will be Mark & Mary, Cindy & Gary & boys, Chris & Mike and boys and Erin, Rich & Nick. John, Deanna and myself will be there too. Did I miss anyone else? If anyone else wants to stop by we will probably be hanging out by the pool, we can continue the meet there

That's kind of what I thought we were going to do too!

I can't wait to see everyone. This is what's keeping me from having the post-vacation blues.

On a related note. How many who are going to be at the meet/dinner will be joining the circle journal for the first time? I think Gail, Mary, Karen, Erin, Chris, Ann Marie? Anyone else or did I name anyone who isn't doing the circle journal for the first time? Why you ask? Well I'm going to have a little raffle just for fun and the winner will get something to help them do their circle journal.

Guess that means that I can't participate? But, I am bringing my CJ for everyone to see!

Time for me to work on Gary joining in. I know he'd be really good at it -- although as detail oriented as he is, it would probably take him a long time to complete his pages.

I didn't even tell you about the other 3 that I haven't even started. I have the albums - I guess that's a start. Unfortunately they are 22, 21, 20 - that's alot of scrapping.

I have the CM albums. I guess I could still do the working backwards thing and hope for the best that I end up without a blank page. I know I'm sure I could find something to fill it if I had one. Maybe that's what I'll do - Thanks!

If you end up with blank pages, couldn't you just remove them? My Creative Memories albums can be expanded (or decreased) fairly easily.

Sadly, other than the CJ, I don't have any scrapbooks complete. I started on years ago for my daycare, but now that I look at it, I don't like it at all. I'm thinking about redoing it one of these days.

Yes, that was the tree picture! Our guide said due to the weather conditions we couldn't go out to the sand bar but we were going to stop there. Bruce thought it was super cool when we beached the jetski. I was still shaking from the shark siting and parked mine next to this giant hole and I said to the guy, I don't even want to know what lives in there, do I? He thought I was a freak, I just know it!!

I dont know about fairly easily, but the albums can be expanded or sized down. CM reps are really good at it....it's confusing as all heck to me.

Cindy, my big winter project is to re-do the girls portrait album. It is B-A-D bad and it goes from bad to worse. So I'm going to start completely over, take it apart, get a new album and take it from there. It will probably take me all day to do it, but I'm sure there will be a snowy day here or there.

Yep - We'll be there! Me, positively. Curt has gotten the okay to leave work at 2pm, barring any bad guy interruptions, so he'll make it for dinner, anyway. I'm not sure how late we'll be able to hang out at the hotel afterwards, though. Curt has to be at work at 6am on Sunday, and I have a client, a meet with a new client, and plans to meet my best friends Mom (who is dying of cancer...) on Sunday. Not much going on here!

(BTW - Don't let Curt see that you spelled his name with a "K"!)

Karen, I wish you were closer as we are in need of a new pet sitter. We're not happy with ours at all. Tony, , was IAMS for a long time and then in the summer, the pet sitter told me that it caused cancer. Silly us, we listened to her and changed his food, which started a snowball effect of stomach issues for him. Finally, I called the vet and they said that was ridiculous, never heard that about IAMS, it was a good food and to continue him on it. So, we went through the process of changing him back and all was good.

I wrote the pet sitter a note, saying that because of his stomach, all he got was dry food and the treats we left out for him. Low and behold, we get home to find a note saying that Tony ran out of food (because we did forget to leave it on the kitchen table but she could have called us, as she had the numbers) and that she changed him over to Purina One. Not only that, she put him on some other treats and gave him a lot of dried chicken breast instead.

As if that's not enough, she overfed our rabbits to the point where they had an entire container of food, which should have lasted a good month, and ran out of that, and bought other rabbit food.

As if that's not enough, Gary took Tony to the vet last night. Just before vacation, Tony got a hot spot on the top of his head. I took him in, they gave me an ointment to put on it, and I'm really wondering if the pet sitter did what we asked of her in getting the medication on the spot. When Gary came home from the vet last night, they had to reshave the area, remove all the excess gunk in there down to the raw portion of his head and now he's on some other type of medication as well as antibiotics.

So, we're in need of a new sitter. Want to move to Chicago?

For this weekend, we're asking a neighbor to let him out so we have time to find someone who hopefully will do what we ask, not what they feel is best.

Well that is part of it, but I also want to get them excited about doing it. Maybe DVC took the idea from me when I raffled off my DCL passporter last year and opened it only to new cruisers.
