For us:
1) the July 13-15 works great for us
2) I don't care where. Cottages sound nice. It'd probably be two nights for us....the 13th and the 14th.
3) Would everyone have to get the same kind of tickets? We usually get ours through AAA. Can you get them cheaper?
We would probably be about the same. We were thinking of getting our tickets thru my hubby's union unless you can get a better price.

You're gonna have to do better than that! :worship: Quick before she comes up with some lame-o excuse!
Wow...helping the Boy Scout do a good community service is a lame-o excuse...... :lmao:

I don't drink coffee either. Except when it's VERY light and VERY sweet. So basically a little bit of coffee and a lot of cream and sweetner! I'm a BzzAgent (anyone else a BzzAgent?) and I just got a campaign for coffee to try. :crazy2: OK no big deal, I can make coffee. But apparently it's very good coffee, I looked on the website, it's $20 a pound and they sent me whole beans and the non coffee drinkers don't have a grinder. So I gave it to a friend. Well, wouldn't you know they just sent me another pound of coffee. Now I have to find someone else with a grinder to give it to.
Coffee happens in this house if it's still available!!

To prevent Mary smacking me one more time when walking by, I am posting that yes, I would be willing to go to Cedar Point. There's enough there, even for the non coaster rider. Tho I might try the ancient one, Blue Streak, I looked thru all the vid clips and that one doesn't look too agressive and no tight turns loops, etc. My extreme Disney Limit is Space Mountain, no way I can go on RnR or EE or Big Thunder, once each was beyond my limit.

Cindy - Walkers project looks awesome!!!!
A budding scrapbooker?????????

Emma was here with me when we saw the project. She is so thrilled to be a part of Walker's project!!

But now she's bugging me, I want to see my friends!! :rolleyes2

Bring her to Chicago and she can see some of them. :goodvibes

Walker took a picture of Julia & Emma together but he didn't want to cut it in half to use only Julia and he really wanted to use the picture of Emma that he selected. And, sadly, no picture of Madison that Walker took. We had to cut Erin out of Nick's picture as it didn't fit with Mom in the picture -- scary thought of Walker using the CM Cutter, but he did okay and didn't chop my fingers off in the process. And, no room for his favorite cruise babysitters either. Sorry Julie & Matt.

Yay!! Glad to see most of us are going to try and meet this summer!:cool1:

Very funny Mark!

Ok so it looks like we are in.

The nights of the 13th and 14th work for us. The cottages too if that is what everyone is going for. We just want to be on site. We will need 1 day tickets.

I'm thinking we'll drive in on the 13th, do the park on the 14th and head home on the 15th.

Chris thanks for taking this all on. Just tell us what part you need us to do.

Thanks!

Walker loves to scrapbook but his technique is a little different than most. Instead of using pictures, he prefers to use stickers for his pages. Archivers is one of his favorite places to go --- he could spend a fortune on stickers in there with all the different ones. Not to mention everything else he sees in there that is way cool. :scared:

Chris, just let us know along the way what you need and when.

As for tickets, we've never been to Cedar Point. Is the park do-able in one day?

See, Mary, it's that thing with having your SO post on the DIS. You are now communicating via a thread. ;)

Nick loves stickers too and I hate bringing him into Mike's with me.

I'll make you a deal. You ride with me to Chicago--the pound of coffee and any other coffee I receive is yours! :lmao:

Seriously, no one else on this thread is a BzzAgent?? I learned about it here on the DIS Budget Board. I got a Sonicare toothbrush to try in the mail today. I looked online at the price $89.99. :faint:

It depends on what you want to do. If you want to ride every ride. No! But,you will get to over half of the rides in one day. It's kind of trying to see the Magic Kingdom in one day.;)

Excellent job WALKER! I'm impressed with the work there buddy.

No worries on the babysitters not making the project, we're fine with that!

Walker & I just finished up his PTA Sponsored project. This years theme was "My Favorite Place" and our goal was to do this based on the cruise and Walker's pictures. Most of his pictures from the cruise didn't turn out so well, so we still went with that theme, just a little different angle to it. We took all the pictures Walker took by himself and then he sorted through and decided which ones he wanted to use. The size requirement was predetermined as well as the exclusion of any copy written material or characters (no tick-toc from the Club. much to Walker's disappointment). Per the rules, Walker did most of the work himself. Here's how it turned out:
