I guess if you want to go as a group:
1)We need to vote on the date(s) first.
2)Then where do you want to stay and length of stay next.
3) How many need to buy tickets and what kind of ticket(s)?

1) July 13-15
2) Two nights. The cottages/cabins look nice.
3) Just a 1 day ticket (3 people). We would normally just get tickets from our City Office.

I don't do many coasters. I don't do any of the "launch you into a death tunnel" ones like RnR. I don't do anything that goes backwards. I'm not crazy about looping coasters, but I do them if convinced. I like the good old fashioned wooden coasters that go really fast but keep you facing in the right direction the entire time! I'm sure I'll be on the bench a majority of the time or putting the girls on something they can do. Any fellow chickens are welcome to join me. Bruce loves all coasters so I get lonely in the chicken section!

I love any and all coasters. John likes them, but can't ride any ride that has a bar that goes over your head and shoulders - yep, just ask the CM's at RnR!

As far as the CJ goes, no one actually lives near me, but I would be willing to meet Mary and Cindy (or anyone else) in Indy sometime if they are interested. Indy is a 3.5 to 4 hour drive from me.
Mary J ,I could meet you sometime when I go to Mom's.Mom and Dad live in Indiana.I try to go down once every other month.;)

Cedar Point Ticket Prices for groups in 06. Waiting for the 07 prices.

Last years group ticket per day was $30 ( group size 15-149 people)

Bad construction and could you tell if it was a long term thing? I'm going through there on Wed or Thursday. Going North or South? I may have to plan an alternate route.

It's 6PM -6AM and they have it shut down from two lanes to one lane right where NJ 17 and 87 merge so it was chaos of NYers trying to get over to go to the Tappan Zee 287 and NYC and NJers trying to get on 87 to go North into NY state. I believe it is both ways but I was travelling home so late, about 12:30-1:00AM that there was no traffic going South. The traffic I hit was Friday night about 9:30PM going North and was right by the merge ramp.

We are in for Cedar Point. I will put it on my calendar at work tomorrow.

We do have season passes though.

I don't mind. I just need a set date (s). The rates should be out early next year for the cottages.

Ok so we MIGHT be in for this, however, there is also a possibility that we won't be able to come so please put us down for maybe :) and we'll try - it's a strong maybe.

We'll stay where the group stays for the weekend - how easy is it to fly in there?

We'd buy a 1 day ticket.

Oh and well we ride just about anything but are both afraid of heights so some we don't do because of that factor. You can drop us backwards upside down out a shoot but we'd like to be lower to the ground :rotfl2: so we might be with the chickens too!

Well if you want you could fly into Detroit or Toledo and we'll pick you up.;)

Sandy - I thought the same thing. BTW - did you ever read the pm I sent you long long ago (pre-cruise). Just curious.

Mary - I just found it. I don't know how I ever missed it, since I was home during that stretch and following the boards (mostly this thread) regularly. I don't recall ever getting the pop up that said I had a PM. That is a small world.

 Welcome Back Jeff!!!!
Glad you had a good trip, sorry about all the airline problems though.

Sandy, Don't you live in NY state? I was in NY state visiting friends who just moved there. They live in Chester so I travelled up Route 17 to the thruway and back onto Route 17 in NY state (for those who don't live there, I know it sounds confusing and really is when you're trying to follow directions). The drive was a little over an hour because of construction on 17 in NJ by Sharp Plaza. We'll have to get together the next time I'm up. BTW, when is that NY meet I saw someone post about?

Jeff - I'm about 10 minutes from Sharp Plaza!

No double room, but that sofabed has got your name(s) on it, Baby! :thumbsup2

I haven't discussed this yet with Curt, but I'm sure he'd be okay with having three good-looking women in his room! :woohoo:

Can you imagine Curt's posts after sharing the room with 3 good-looking women :rotfl:

I can only imagine how that soap opera would turn out.
More along the lines of Desperate Housewifes or Housewives gone wild..... :rotfl2:

Walker & I just finished up his PTA Sponsored project. This years theme was "My Favorite Place" and our goal was to do this based on the cruise and Walker's pictures. Most of his pictures from the cruise didn't turn out so well, so we still went with that theme, just a little different angle to it. We took all the pictures Walker took by himself and then he sorted through and decided which ones he wanted to use. The size requirement was predetermined as well as the exclusion of any copy written material or characters (no tick-toc from the Club. much to Walker's disappointment). Per the rules, Walker did most of the work himself. Here's how it turned out:

If this ends up coming to be, we will probably take the entire week and head someplace else either before Cedar Point or after. That would take care of one of the weeks of vacation we don't have planned for right now.
We might do something similar since we will probably drive up so we may add a day or two in there somewhere.

Emma was here with me when we saw the project. She is so thrilled to be a part of Walker's project!!

But now she's bugging me, I want to see my friends!! :rolleyes2

Its purely coincidental...I am very much in love with Tim, I dont forsee any changes there, considering we just bought 250 DVC point together!!! But I agree with ya Cindy, A very nice single lady for Jeff would be wonderful! I'll keep my eye out!
Ok silly thought that just popped into my head. Is Mary's daughter single. I mean she is in Florida and they did sit together at dinner at LTT the night of MNSSHP.
Like I said just a thought?

Sorry Jeff, if you want us to butt out just say so.
