2006 DVC Member Cruise - SSMC06 - October 22, 2006 Part 5

Last year all of our items fit into the suitcases we had packed already (and they were full coming in) or in the lovely DVC tote bags we received.

Last year, I packed all of our suitcases about 3/4 full, and I ended up with FULL suitcases and at least one, maybe 2, of the DVC tote bags full of stuff.

The DIS Navigator is done!



I finished it up this afternoon. First off thanks to Cindy who was my proofreader for this. I brought her a preliminary copy yesterday and she gave me some great feedback.

A full size (11 x 17) copy will be in each families packet. However if anyone wants to print one out early I have made it available as a word document. The files are slightly compressed (to save on website space) and it will print out as 4 individual 8 1/2 x 11 pages. Also please note that it is a very large file (over 3.5 meg). To get it just head over to the member gallery and there is a link there. I hope everyone enjoys it and finds it useful.

Wow off for a week over 100 pages to read. Anything exciting that i should know about. Did read the last few pages and Yeah our documents are on the way. Last cruise we had an extra bag like always and we used it and the new bags we received on the cruise. With all the shopping on board and the presents we will pack an extra again this year.

Well most of it was done over the weekend. Had to finalize the charts today which can be a bit of a pain. Just glad it is done. Printing to start soon for this and the buttons. Then I can get all the packets done and be ready for the cruise.

Yippee!!! The kids gifts arrived today and I'm just SO excited to get these together for the kids. Diana and Stacy will be working on the personalization soon and they I can get them all together and ready for the 21st!!!

Anyone with a last minute addition to the kids list, please PM me soon as we do have a few extras!!

Ohhh, and 100 more posts until I hit 5,000. Do you think I can make it before I leave for WDW on the 21st?? I guess that's only 5 posts a day, I think that I can do it!!!

Okay, back from our 11 Nights in Paradise on the Wonder and our 4 days at WDW. Had a great time. Can't believe I'm getting back on the ship in less than three weeks!

Brent (Cruise Director) will be on vacation and Christian (assistant CD) will be the cruise director for our cruise.

The ship was already being torn apart while we were on it, especially in the exercise area above the bridge.

Mary, thanks for putting the Navigator together for us. It's so nice to have all the information in one place (rather than searching through all my scraps of notes that I usually do.) Awesome job!

Hi beattyfamily - we have a separate SSMC06 kids list that we are keeping in order to create personalized gifts for all the DIS kids on the cruise. Names were taken by sending myself a PM. Your girls were not on the list, but now they are. I will be posting an updated SSMC06 kids list in just a few.
