They ended up sending me a sticker to put on my mailbox---red sticker that says "PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL MAIL FOR ACCURACY."

Uh, shouldn't they be doing that ANYWAY??????????????? but since then I haven't gotten any wrong mail!!!

One would think that a mail carrier wouldn't have to be reminded that!

In my development, a lot of the street names are similar. Many have "wood" at the end, but mine doesn't. All the house numbers on each street in the development go from 1-40. So on each street there's a #20. And I know every person's business at each #20 and they know mine. I know who is a member or AARP. Who shops at Coldwater Creek. Who orders parts for their Jeep. I'm sure they all know I'm a Disney fan.

I did file a complaint with USPS about the smoking and the butts that the dummy throws on my lawn. Bruce thinks I should mail myself a package and hide in the window with the video camera and tape him walking up my driveway smoking and chucking his butt on my lawn. Then I'll send it to the news stations.

I've been extremely busy at work and now I have about 30 pages of catching up to do. Haven't we been a chatty group!

Ok I had a cruise nightmare last night. We were on the ship and I didn't have all the button packets done so I was sittting in someones stateroom (I know it wasn't ours) trying to get them done and then realized when I looked at the clock that I had missed the DIS meet.

Oh my goodness Mary! That would be a nightmare!

Okay folks, we seem to have gotten away from important business here - Curt's guessing game. I'm going to say Chicken Little because the block uncovered this morning was so helpful.

Based on the newly uncovered block , our guess for today is Howl's Moving Castle.

I got it from the post office. They mailed it to me on a little postcard.

Maybe we should invent something like a recording that is activated when the mailbox door is opened. Something to the effect of "HEY, THIS IS 9244 RED***, STUPID!"

Julie, I love seeing all the things you are gathering for your big event! Besides Elmo, are you still missing anything? Seems like you've acquired a lot.

I ask because as I am training for my long distance event there is a time just very close to the actual day that we must go into "taper mode." That time is quite stressful, many will go do a lot of shopping and such to relieve stress. I'd hate to see what happens when you go into the taper mode.


Boring ringtones here. Just use what came with the phone. Different rings for different folks, just boring.

Oh how I wish I could have a sticker like that too. We have an airline certificate sitting somewhere, but not in our mailbox. We're afraid to enroll in the so-called $-saving mail order prescriptions. Goodness only knows who's scripts we might be getting. Let alone that we wouldn't get ours.

We always get them later here so I'll keep you posted.

Just to give you guys perspective of what may/may not have to be shipped here is the table o wedding stuff right now. This does not include 96 charger plates I had shipped to North Carolina to friends that are driving down.

The candle and the waterford flutes (they are hiding under the folders) will be flying down with us and the dress (and yes, they are the mickey flutes)

I bet Fedex or UPS is just gonna love seeing you walk in the door!

One more question for you guys---does anyone here use any of those online fax services or can recommend one? I need to start receiving some faxes, not a lot, definitely not enough to go out an buy a fax machine and add a phone line. I figure if anyone knows it's you knowledgable folks!
