Rental Car, first time trying to drive to Port and Back!

Before - 3 days

After - 4 days

Different each of the two days!

Also, since the DVC Member Site is down, do you think that they are updating with new information? I am meeting friends on the Saturday to do the Party of the Senses and if DVC does have an event that night, I"ll have to be late and hopefully not too, shall we say without my senses!LOL

1) How are you getting to FL (fly, drive, already live there)? We are flying down. Excellent airfare on USA3000 that we couldn't pass up.

2) Are you planning on attending the Saturday afternoon DIS meet? We'll be there

3) How are you getting to the cruise (rental car, own car, Disney transportation)? Probably rental car.

4) How many days before the cruise are you getting in and are you doing WDW? Because of the airfare deal we got, we're flying down late Friday night. We'll spend Saturday at WDW.

5) How many days after the cruise are you staying in the area and are you doing WDW? MNSSHP on Thursday, park Friday and flight home afterwards.

6) This one is for DVC if they are reading - do you hope the ship backs in, pulls in, or does it different each of the two days? In fairness to everyone with a verandah, it would be great if they did one of each.

Flying, with way more luggage than I can think of

Of course we are! So does anyone want to help distribute welcome bags for the wedding? That's our task that afternoon and evening between the meet and dinner plans

Rental - got the great Hertz deal so now we can park at the terminal (do they take credit cards?) and hope the car and motor on out afterwards!

4) How many days before the cruise are you getting in and are you doing WDW?
One day before - we will be shopping at either Costco or Sams (unless we don't join then it's Albertsons or something similar) for the final welcome bag snacks (pop, water, etc), checking in, praying the villa is ready and not 40000 miles from the lobby and stuffing bags before the meet. Then we're going to the meet, driving the bags around and then grabbing dinner LOL way more info than you wanted!

5) How many days after the cruise are you staying in the area and are you doing WDW?
10 - WOO HOO
Thurs 26 - no plans yet, possibly parks
Fri 27 - Princess breakfast norway, MK with my dad for IASW and then Illuminations party
Sat 28 - wedding
Sun 29 - Sun Nov 5 - HONEYMOON

Hi DVC Please please please pull in once each way! Although we have a balcony and do not care which way we face we are more interested in the cool photos taken as you exit the ship... LOL... I'd like one of each so see - this is a $$ making opportunity I have just presented you with!

We will be at SSR from 26th through the 28th. Leaving Sat nite.

2) Are you planning on attending the Saturday afternoon DIS meet? We're thinking about it. Just kidding! Of course we are - we're hosting it.

3) How are you getting to the cruise (rental car, own car, Disney transportation)? Own car - we have the SSMC05 magnet already on the back.

4) How many days before the cruise are you getting in and are you doing WDW? We'll get in late on Friday and will most likely to Epcot at least on Friday night and Saturday.

5) How many days after the cruise are you staying in the area and are you doing WDW? We'll be at WDW on Thursday and Friday. We'll be in Magic Kingdom Thursday but won't be attending MNSSHP and we'll be doing the Wishes cruise on Friday.

BOO!! Greetings from OKW!! (We're getting our magic back!!)

Item 1 - MINI MEET TONIGHT!! Jeff(Copper3) & bvcprincesses (Ann Marie, Tom, Brooke & Jessica), Karen & I will be getting together for a hastily arranged meet at the DVC Block Party at Pleasure Island. Note to self: The CROWDS here are INSANE (one of the benefits of having the ability to come during school time ).

Item 2 - The GTKYKFC

1) How are you getting to FL?: Barring any revolt from the thousands of Northwest employees we'll be flying.

2) Are you planning on attending the Saturday afternoon DIS meet? Yup

3) How are you getting to the cruise (rental car, own car, Disney transportation)? We're bumming a ride with the Stitch family.

4) How many days before the cruise are you getting in and are you doing WDW? We're only coming in on Saturday but..... (see below)

5) How many days after the cruise are you staying in the area and are you doing WDW? We're going to leave on the Monday after (4 days). We will be going to our first Not So Scarry event.

1) How are you getting to FL (fly, drive, already live there)? Right now we have airfare down to FL, SW just released our return day, but it's still pretty expensive, so as of right now, we aren't flying back....and that's perfectly OK with me.

2) Are you planning on attending the Saturday afternoon DIS meet? You betcha! I won't be so late this time!

3) How are you getting to the cruise (rental car, own car, Disney transportation)? Disney transportation. I can't drag 2 carseats with us and they won't charge us for Julia, so it will be cheaper to do DCL transfers than anything else.

4) How many days before the cruise are you getting in and are you doing WDW? 2 nights at BWV. We arrive Friday morning at 10am, going to MGM for lunch with the Little Einsteins. Saturday morning we'll be at the AK and then the DIS meet in the afternoon and probably head over to Epcot in the evening.

5) How many days after the cruise are you staying in the area and are you doing WDW? 2 nights at BCV. We plan to go home on Saturday night. Thursday we'll do MK and MNSSHP, Friday we'll do Epcot and then the Wishes Cruise. Saturday morning we'll do whatever we missed.

6) This one is for DVC if they are reading - do you hope the ship backs in, pulls in, or does it different each of the two days? Since we have an inside room, I'll be on the top deck as we pull in, probably with Stacy! But as Julie said, for the pictures, I'd really really like them to pull us in both ways!!
