Thanks everyone for the well wishes. Both kids are doing fine. The oldest will be back in school tuesday. He will have more testing the week after school is out.(June 8this the end of school. His test is on the 14th.)
The middle child won't make it back for the end of school.Just needs more time.

I love the DVC member site!

I had to waitlist our last 2 days of our December trip on Tuesday. I just checked the web site and it looks like our waitlist came through in just 2 days! We are staying at BCV for Christmas!

Still waiting for our October waitlist to come through Not a big deal if it doesn't but it would be nice

Does the DVC site show that you have a waitlist? Or does it just show that you have a ressie once it is confirmed? We should be waitlisted for BCV after the cruise, but when I go to the DVC site I never see anything about it.

Good morning everyone from the Magic. The sky is blue (well some clouds but not too much) the sun is shining and we are on our way to Castaway Cay!

I spoke to excursion manager last night and he thinks we should be able to pre-book a banana boat. He said they held 20 (I thought it was less) so for right now I only had him look into one. He's going to e-mail the booking agent on land and also the excursion manager for the Wonder for me (and cc me). Then I will have to get back to them with full names and room numbers on who wants to do it. If someone can help me out and research back in the thread who all wanted to do this and in what order that would be great. I'm pretty sure it started with Cindy.

Well all I'm off to enjoy the day.

Much as I'm sad we'll be getting off the ship tomorrow I'm looking forward to seeing Amy, Chris, Chery, Todd and Jeff tomorrow!

Chris - I'm glad to read that the boys are doing okay - I thought about you all day yesterday but didn't see anyone home when I drove by.

Mary - wow - it's almost time to get off the boat - already?!? How time flies when you're having fun! It's been fun to read your posts from the ship - I miss CC - it was so relaxing a few weeks ago - be sure and tell 'em - we'll all be back soon!

Today, Stacy and I get our 2.5 seconds of television fame! I've got my DVR set to record. I wish I had the capability to take screen shots of the show. If I burn it to DVD, maybe I can. I'm in a lime green shirt. Stacy has pink on and is sitting to my right!

This morning I've got to drop off Ian's shot records so he can start camp on Tuesday. We also need to buy him some close-toed shoes. Right now he has some Stride-Rite sandals with the piece over the toes, but they want kids to wear close-toed so little pebbles and such don't get in there and hurt their feet. And this afternoon we start swim lessons. Oh joy, I have to get into a swim suit.

Does not show a waitlist (too bad). The site does show your new ressie and with auto confirm you never hear from a DVC CM you can check online or wait for your confirmation in the mail

We have 3 - 4 waitlists right now. Night before cruise we are at BWV and want to be BCV in hopes I can meet the manager and beg his mercy to store my wedding dress in a safe place . We also have one night after the wedding for Matt's family (2 studios for one night please let this come through) and then one night in Dec for VWL. Whew - I'm sure it will all work out!

Julie - I've been busy (work, getting over a cold, trip to NJ, more work) and have fallen so far behind on the thread that it's embarrassing. And I haven't played any video games in about a month for me a long time.

Thanks, I was getting worried that since the website doesn't show that I have a waitlist, that maybe some CM messed up and it didn't get placed. That's how I thought it worked. Better to ask and remove all doubt!

Speaking of waitlists...I finally got my act together and found someone who sold me some of their points and transferred them into my account. Great news, right? I called DVC today to book 10/20-10/22, not one stinking studio is available for those two nights!!! No where. Nada, nothing. So I'm now on the waitlist for every resort. I guess I have 5 months for it to come through, otherwise, we'll just have to bend the 4 people to a room rule and crash with some of you guys!

I still haven't watched the View to see myself either!
