Amy have a great time on the cruise. We will be thinking and talking about you. I'm sure it will be a fun time. At least everyone is done being sick.

Brooke stayed home from school on Thursday with a fever and sore throat but seems to be better today. I woke up with a sore throat, cough and headache but no fever. Have I metioned that I hate winter.

I think today is a good day to get out my cross stitch, watch the olympics and try to stay warm.

I'm off in a bit to Mary's to scrap. I have my couple of pages written, my pictures are ready and I have some of my scrapbooking stuff ready. I didn't realize just how much stuff I have accumulated -- I guess I enjoy shopping at the scrapbooks stores a little too much. Eventually I'll put it to use, starting today.

I don't feel as intimated as I did. I now feel like this isn't going to be such a tough task. I'm looking forward to seeing Mary's journal and spending time together . I think it's going to be fun.

Good morning everyone!! Well, I've pretty much packed all the non-clothes things, now I just have to figure out clothes for 5 days & nights. Shouldn't be too tough, I hope!!

Well, Madison woke up with a full-fledged cold, runny nose and everything. We are just not catching a break here. Oh well, I'm giving them vitamins & OJ. Hopefully we'll be ok. Either way, I won't be cooking or cleaning next week.

Big day today here. We have our Cub Scout Blue & Gold Dinner today were the boys get acknowledged for recieving their rank advancement. Nick will be getting his Arrow of Light which is the Highest Cub Scout Rank and then next month we will have the crossover ceremony where Nick will Cross into Boy Scouts!
I put together the slideshow of pictures of the pack thru the year that we will watch at the dinner tonight. The theme for this month is Cubs in the future. Well I used some of the music from the Millennium Celebration CD. I used the songs "We go On" and " Celebrate the future Hand in Hand" because they fit the theme great. Disney always comes thru!!

For those of you in chat last night, here is a pic of the diaper cake I was up until 1am making! For those of you that weren't in chat, I was rolling up diapers to make a diaper cake and those guys all thought I was nuts. A good friend of mine just had a baby, who had a very hard time initially, but is doing great. She's a special little girl, who deserves a special present!

Here's the front: There's over 60 diapers in it, a blanket, bib, sleeper and toy.

And here's the back---see, it really is made of rolled up diapers!

It's all wrapped up in cellophane with lots and lots of pink ribbons now too!

And don't mind the groceries on my kitchen counter, I really need to get those put away soon!

Hey everyone - boy, it's quiet around here. I'm taking a break from packing and cleaning. I'm trying to get to bed by 10pm, since we have to get up at 5am. We're hoping to get out of the house by 6am. We're just going to put the girls in the car in their PJs, and then we'll stop in Lakeland (about 1/2 way between Tampa & Orlando) to have breakfast at Cracker Barrell. Then, off to the port. We're hoping to get there between 10 and 10:30am.
