Happy Sunday morning everyone!!! OMG, only 32 weeks to go!! I better start finalizing my packing list!! :rotfl2: Actually, I'm sure that it'll be here before we know it!!

We didn't get as much done as we wanted to yesterday, but our garage is looking MUCH better, and we've found TONS of stuff that can go on eBay.

Cindy, you and my dh (Joe) could swap strange ebay stories. He has had 2 auctions that he was participating in that turned out to be scams.(This is in just the last couple of months) He was wondering if he was attracting the strange ebayers. I told him you already had the market on those. :teeth:

Carol

Carol, you'll have to tell me about those in a couple of weeks. There is no way I'll be able to wait until October to hear about those. I think scams top my weird buyers. ::yes::

I KNEW I should have worked on yours today!! The last thing I want to have is TWO CJ's here staring me in the face. Maybe I'll get a chance to work on yours after church tomorrow so I can send it on it's way to Diana before we leave for WDW! Then I'll just have Mary's to do when I get back.

Mary, I'll hold on to the other Mary's until I get back from Florida -- which is the 30th. Will that make you feel better? I don't want to pressure you, I was just happy that I wasn't the one up the night before mailing finishing it up.

My dryer went out friday . We had to shop and get a new one today.Finaly finished all the laundry! :thumbsup2
I have to get to bed. Have to be at the hospital at 7 AM. I'm getting a CT Scan. Just to make sure it's MS acting up and not a blood clot. I'll try to get better about posting soon!

32 Weeks - I am so ready!!!

It was fun to show off the new baby yesterday - it was such a beautiful day and dd was feeling good so we took a little walk and just happened to stop by and see Chris and Mike!
Chris - sure hope all goes well with your tests - take care of yourself! :grouphug:

Spent the night last night over at dd's so the new parents could catch up on some sleep - baby is doing great! Hope to make it to chat tonight - it's DVC Chat tonight!

I am sure Gail will be better in a couple of weeks. She knows if she is sick and doesn't come down, I am going without her. :rotfl2: And I know she wouldn't let that happen if she can. (I went to WDW last May by myself and called her constantly to let her know where I was and what I was eating, thus the girl's trip this year) And Cindy you just need to get yourself down here also. Gotta meet my ebay consultant. I am looking forward to meeting Amy and family, MaryJ (and family?) and seeing Todd and Cheryl again. We are going to have a great time at dinner. Any one else game to meet with us???

Really, I hope you all are feeling better soon. I think this has been a rough winter for sickness. I rarely get sick and have had respiratory problems on and off since November. I guess I hadn't fully recovered from the surgery in September to fight off the germs. Especially working in the grocery stores with those germ infested grocery carts.

Carol

I think Mary mentioned it before - this has been a very mild winter, but the strains going around have been brutal.

I will be well and ready to travel!!!

Nope, you guys can guarantee that it'll always be me, the one that stays up until Midnight getting things done.

Funny scrapbooking story. When Cindy was over she had a really cute castle punch that I used. I was kicking myself that I hadn't picked one up in all the times I visited the scrapbooking venues at WDW.

Well today I was looking through the bag with the scrapbook and all the stuff I picked up at Member Homecoming (since I hadn't scrapped that yet). Guess what - I do have a castle punch. :rotfl:

Mark will be working most of next weekend so I think I may just get out the the scrapbook supplies and finally do that 2004 book.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I talked to my mom last night. She loves her new employer!! She said that yesterday wasn't even like working. They got to learn all the history of Disney, along with some of the perks/discounts that they give. She's hoping that she can join us next April for our DCL cruise.

I have something unique for us to do, even though I know not everyone can participate, It'd still be more of a community effort. :)

Member Challenge: Member Homecoming!

Due to Mary's motivaiton in scrapbooking, I'm finally starting to get together and fix up something of an oversight on the website: there isn't a Member Homecoming webpage! Just the teaser, I never really got to the rest. Now I don't have very many pictures. Do have some good video and am going to see how well I can borrow from it, but still could use some more pictures, especially of the first two nights. And I know what kind of a challenge that is, as it was dark and digital cameras don't really like that. But I would happily accept any help you all can offer with some of yours. Might even go sofar as Chris did and compile it together for redistribution if there's enough interest, but anything that could be sent along to me would be a big help. :)

That sounds cool Mark.
I'll have to pull out my cd with my pictures and see what I have that can help you.
I like the idea of doing the compilation too if others are interested.

32 weeks is GRAND - I can't wait!

Now if DCL and DVC could give us some more info and maybe send out an email or two that would also be wonderful (perhaps that med cruise is taking up time? LOL)

Amy I am so happy for your mom!

Chris I hope your CT scan went well pixiedust:

Nothing exciting happening here except Matt got a 3.6 last semester (4.0 scale) so we've been celebrating!

Cindy, you don't need to do that. It was always my goal to get your book on its way to Diana before we leave anyway. I just won't do anything with Mary's until I get back. Send it on!!

Amy - Glad to hear your Mom is liking her job so far!

Chris - Hope everything with your CT scan went ok.

Julie - Congrats to Matt for getting a 3.6 gpa last semester!

Quite day here. We transfered more of our old home movies to dvd today and just kind of chilled out.
Need to get Nick packed to sleep over my parents house tonight becaase I have to bring Jeff to the train station in the morning. He has to go to Manhattan for work.
Hopefully I'll make it to chat tonight.

Mark - Curt took quite a few pictures, so I'll have him take a look, and send any that may work.

I'm sad that we didn't know any of you at the Homecoming!!! It would have made it much more fun for both of us! And, I can guarantee that I'd have more posts by now, if we'd met all of you back then! :teeth:
