For those of you who knew my DH, Harry, this is just a quick note to let you know that he passed this evening at 9:47

Oh Kay!

My heart is so heavy. I've been away from the boards for quite some time. Linda shared the news with me and I wanted to sign on right away. I enjoyed meeting Harry and chatting now and then on the cruise. He was a wonderful, gentle man.

Keep letting his memories fill up your heartache. His death is now swallowed up with victory. No more pain or sickness for him.

Kay, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I hope his passing was peaceful for both of you. Robb and I have been thinking of you both and talking about what a fun time we had at dinner.

I know this is hard for you, esp. with all that is going on with your own surgery.




Linda- Thanks for posting the information. I really like the concept of hospice care- and I think it is a shame that it isn't used by more people or so late in the game. I'm sure any funds that are donated to them will be put to good use.

Hi Lynn!! I'm really sad that I am not going to get to see you on the 11 night cruise. I have been telling Robb that the cruise won't be the same without seeing you and Scott in the Rainforest Room- so I have booked something to help make up for it....

Wow, it has been a long time for me here. Hi Celeste, hi Lynn. Hi to everybody else. I still have the emails for the requests for the videos of the shows. My video camera has broken twice and had to be mailed to the factory. TWICE. Don't know for sure if it will continue to work, and I am nervous. It read "lens cap error" and goes black. It is a chip problem and apparently unusual to repeat. They don't know why. I hope to download the videos to the computer soon and then burn to some disks.
Lynn,,, is it a good thing to have so many points? Kay told me you got some with the animal kingdom lodge. I thought about getting some more, but with money so tight, I am not. Oh,,, tentatively going on the 6-29-2008 Magic in the Pacific, awaiting point values.

Celeste, yes I do have fun at work, good group of folks in our unit, at time just good fun and at time just that behind the scene humor that only we understand, it really brings new meaning to "if we couldn't laugh we would just go insane", kinda like the medical community...
