I had to laugh when you mentioned The Packing PILE
I started my packing pile last week- so far I have three bottles of sunscreen, my water bottle DCL neck straps, my waterproof DCL ID holder, the walkie talkies, three small bottle of tide (found them at target for a dollar- probably 8-12 oz), spray N wash stain tablets, Downy wrinkle release- and I have started my dry cleaning pile.....
YIKES!

Remember oh so long ago when us old timers thought the list of people going on the cruise wouldn't be changing that much because not that many people would book this late????? Oh how we were wrong...

Nothing much new here, I finally got Jeff's cold ten fold. Work has been really slow (I can say that since I'm not there). Started the pile for packing. Drugstore.com has a big sale on Banana Boat sunscreen. It's been the only thing that works on Jeff's Irish skin. They also have airborne if anyone is still looking for it...

Bug spray? I haven't needed bug spray before......why?
Went on a Western in May- I don't remember bugs.



I haven't used to Downy brand before- it was what they had at Wal-Mart. I have used other kinds and they worked okay. Better on cotton. They don't give you the crisp look- but it does take away the wrinkles.

Don't forget the BUG SPRAY!!!!

Congrats to Ken and Shari,
WOW it is a Lion King kinda thing, ya know “ can you fell the Love tonight” kinda thing or better yet Lady and the Tramp doing the spaghetti thingie.

Over the weekend our Dollar Store had some Banana Boat stuff, so I scored a couple of bottles. I will be traveling tomorrow for work and will be able to get to two different Walmarts as part of my holy quest for the illusive Blinkie Flippy Floppy Thingies.

Links to the shirts and other activities are part of Peters update list that is posted on a regular basis. He is doing a great job of keeping it updated. Also there is Jeff and Jenn’s master list that is most helpful, do get added to those.

My body is here at work but my mind is a month away. As I was doing some paperwork I noticed that I was dating this as if it were the month of MAY. Wonder where my mind is at. It is looking at the horizon searching fr that speck of land known to us as Castaway Cay.

Don't forget the Pirate name list and all the other stuff.

You'll need the bug spray maybe thru the canal since we'll be going slow and very close to land, plus in California I suppose.
The downy wrinkle release does work esp on tees and such. I wouldn't use it on dress shirts/ pants etc.
I'm going to try to go to walmart tonite, but I doubt it with the cold.

I'm a magnet for mosquitos...we are taking a couple of excursions in Mexico that will take us outside of populated areas and witht he threat of West Nile out there it is better to be safe than sorry.

I guess I will just have to get some of that wrinkle releaser....thanks for the info.

Also I think we will have plenty extra laundry soap so, should ya need some just yell. We are purchasing a jug when we get to MCO.

For all those interested in bugs...there really aren't a lot of mosquitos in California. In fact, I can't remember the last time I saw one! So, I wouldn't worry about mosquitos at Disneyland, just don't forget the hat and sunscreen!

Wal-Mart sells a small bottle 3-4 oz of 100% DEET bug spray pretty cheap. Look in the hunting/fishing section. We picked this up ourselves, bugs like us also.
