We brought our HTs on the 7-night Western last year, and they came in handy. Compared to the FRS radios that so many people use, we never had any frequency competition. When DW went back to the ship in Key West, we could reach her no problem from anywhere in town. Castaway Cay too.
One of these days, I'll have to share what happened when we asked for permission onboard to use the radios. Was pretty funny - just what happened as they went through the approval process.

Here's my two cents worth. We "assign" one person each day to be the "head" pin person. They get in line at 6 a.m. or so, stand there all day, read a book, and force all those non-disboard vacationers to waste their day in line also, cuz once the first person gets in line, the line will grow and grow and grow. Now, every person this gets in line behind you gets told "the rest of my family will be coming after dinner at 6 p.m. to join me in line." Then at 7:00 every disboard family member shows up to meet up with their "sister" or "brother" or "mom" or "dad" for that "family reunion" and then there are about 100 of us in line before the rest of those idiots that stood in line for hours.
So do you think that will cause a problem?

Now, I have to go rent a heavy duty carpet cleaner since my DH just told me that his sister's wedding is next weekend, and I have 8 people that are going to be staying at my house![]()
Is it May yet??? And since my little dauchsund puppy, Oobie has completely taken upon herself to tear up everything in puppy distance, I have a lot of work cut out for me!!! Oh well, at least its Friday! Have a great weekend everyone.
By the way, I am looking at getting a laptop. Any ideas or input on things I should look for? I am not the smartest when it comes to brands and things like that! Thanks!

"Do you know how that's going to work when Disney starts allowing you to book your spa/Palo reservations online? I spoke to Debbie yesterday and she said that'g going to be the case in the beginning of May. "
Can anyone else verify that this is true? If it is, do you think it will be ready for us to use before our trip?

I noticed that on the itemized basis, receiving emails was no charge (except for the .75/min) but sending an email was a $3.95/per charge. I must sign up for the package as my high school teen will will taking finals as soon as we get back! She will need to communicate with her teachers as much as possible. (right...
