I'm now at work, getting things settled, but must rush back home to clear the way for the ceiling work and closet work... call the insurance agent (sigh). I hope it won't cost an arm and a leg, 'cause we're cruisin' in May!

WOW Sorry To Hear that It Has had me worried Also we got 30 inches of snow the other day and then it warmed just a bit and Gutters are over Full
with ice in the Back Had Same Worries as You are Describing ..

Was almost Going to attach the hose to the hot water tank and get out the ladder to Get Rid of Problem.. Peter
But it seems to have gone down now and we are getting 7 to 10 inches of snow NOW.... So No work For me did not want to do the 130 mile ride in the snow..
