2005 Hurricanes

Have there been any hurricanes this year (so far) that have affected WDW in any way?

My May 2006 plans have been postponed to July 2006 (ugh!) and I'm a bit concerned as to what we will face as far as weather.

The last hurricane shut down disney for about a 1/2 to 1 day, depending what park you are talking about. Otherwise, don't worry. If there is one, you will still be able to have fun, and your trip is very early to be worried about Hurricanes. Late August to November, you might have to at least be aware of the weather.

So they don't necessarily close all the parks? Do you know which one they did close?

All of the parks closed for the last hurricane. However MK and Epcot reopened for half a day after the storm passed. If there is a hurricane heading towards to WDW all parks will be closed.
