I'm just not sure what I'll do with this dog and a muddy yard. Dh says we shouldn't bring her in and out through the sunroom, but it's the only way into her area (the kitchen) that doesn't involve crossing carpet. Hmmm....

OH --- I can totally relate --- we have two inside dogs and I just cringe everytime it rains --- I've given up on our hardwood floors --- no point in spending too much time cleaning them since it's been such a wet fall. I don't think there's any way to win!! DD suggested boots for the dogs --- but then all their little doggy friends would probably make fun of them

Bought 2 gifts for the Secret Santa the kids have planned out.

Christine --- I think our girls are good friends from the teen board!!

We have to do shopping this weekend for the Secret Santa on the cruise, at dance and church --- church has me stumped -- they are supposed to bring a non-gender specfic gift --- I have girls no clue what boys would like that would also work for a girl!!

Congratulations to all of you that have your docs!! We're still waiting, maybe later this week.... I HOPE!!!

DVC Members

DVC told me that if I wanted to wait to buy an annual pass on Jan 2, 2005 - Members get $100 off!! Which is Great! But what am I suposed to do from 12/28 - 1/2????????

That is great news! The DVC boards have been talking about an AP discount for years! Too bad we just bought them a few months ago. I got an e-mail from Southwest yesterday that had a link to buy tickets online at a bit of a discount. They have four day park hoppers for $202 vs. $219 at the gate. I'll put a link below. You can also get a LOS pass if you're staying at a DVC resort.

I tried boots for my dog his first winter. He doesn't like things on his feet. If you wanna see something funny, you should watch a chihuahua try to shake all 4 feet at the same time.

We have a weenie dog and a bichon-poo --- had to shovel the yard for them last week --- snow was deeper then the dogs!!! Things we do for them!!! It was Blizzard's (bichon-poo) first time in the snow, she's only 7 months and named appropriately --- she's all white and definitely a storm!!!

How long are they running this special? ONLY Jan 2nd? Our passes won't expire until September. Hope they're still offering $100 off (especially now that KT is an "adult")

OH YEAH......I FORGOT TO MENTION I SAW THIS ON THE DVC WEBSITE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO.....HAVE SO MANY OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS ON MY MIND...................

The DVC website says effective 1/2/05 DVC members (living in the same household) get $100 off their annual pass at WDW, (new, or whenever you renew in 2005). I still like the free admissions we got up to 2000 better!!!!

Anyway, the details are on the DVC website. Great news huh?

Now, if they could just match our points we purchased each year, we could really visit more often!

Can I just tell you how fun it was to go through those documents page by page? You would think that DCL could afford to print up a new booklet so they list Pirate Night. Some people..................

Anyway, as I was looking at my documents, I was thinking (dangerous, I know)................boy this box is small......................

Then it hit me.............oh yeah, I have two separate reservations!!!!!!

The documents that came yesterday, UPS 3 day delivery from DCL were for me, DH and DD because I used DVC points and booked through DVC!!!

The rest of the reservations I made through DCL and then transferred to TA, so...............the good news is.............................

I GET TO DO THE DOCUMENT DANCE AGAIN!!!!!

So, where are those documents anyway??????????? Oh, yeah....pony express. Maybe they will come today!

What is with this crazy weather? It has really been warmer than usual, I think I have only scraped my windshield once. Then this am it was downpour rain and around 55 degrees. Now it is sunny and WINDY and the temp is falling.

I think the dot is for whether people are on the boards or not, green means yes! The exclamation point is for reporting naughty posts, and you don't get one on your own posts. Or if you like, you can assume that the moderators just know you would never do such a thing, and they didn't give you one.

I just browsed through some cruise trip reports, I love doing that. There was a post that said Pirate Night lasts from 4 pm to 11 pm, so sounds like it's appropriate to dress pirate for dinner. There's also a Best Pirate Competition, and if you look really good, I guess you get to dance onstage with Capn Mickey. Well, the stakes just got upped, didn't they?

Oh, by the way......I read this on one of the cruise trip reports, that is why I am making all those pirate outfits because:

1. I wanted a family picture with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee
2. During the deck party I wanted my "men" pirates to participate on stage during the "show" before they are saved by Captain Mickey and from what I read, those that are dressed up generally get picked to participate. I figured.....oh a Kodak moment...........that is why I am sewing the outfits!
3. Wanted our servers to know we were going to be pirates, just like them!

Sorry I didn't check in last night (not that you missed me), but on my way home my parole officer (DH) called wanting to know where I was cuz it was after 9 p.m.
