I just had an e-mail from Amy at DCL. She has the request in for the late diners to have the APL rotation. Like Mary just said, it is only a "request", that's all they will promise.
But at least that part is taken care of.

I also got an e-mail last night from my TA with the Holiday gifts for the staterooms. I thanked her profusely for helping me to spend money!!
So, I called and ordered a couple of goodies.

Now that that's all taken care of, wouldn't it be nice if I went to work....just in time for lunch!!??

I'm am so happy I got the courage and finally came out of the closet and posted on this thread ---- it is fun each day to check out everyones posts. I'm not much of a poster --- but I am a talker --- you know the type the shy quiet type at first..then.....

Anyway, learning about all the great people that will be on this cruise has been great and has made us look forward to it all the more. It will be hard being away from family at the holidays but this is a once in a lifetime experience. I know many are cruising with their families, but for those of us that are not it will be nice to have new friends.

Just ordered Kristen a new set of luggage. Now I just have to figrue out how to get us all packed in 8 bags.

Since I am not very organized and we haven't even started we decided we would spend Thanksgiving day packing. Sam usually puts lights on the house, but we aren't putting them up this year. Its only the 4 of us, so instead of cooking I ordered a full dinner from the local grocery store. Just have to run around the corner to pick it up! Should be a fun day.

Off to finish the housework. I am working Thurs. & Fri.

I too have a feeling this is going to be the best Christmas ever. I just recently joined in the fray but I felt welcome from the first post. Everyone is just "Good People" as my Gram used to say!!!

Tina....I was just thinking about Jared and Jason....I had to give all of our names to DCL for the dining. Good thing there's at least a couple of boys the same age!

Sue, I totally understand about crushing the toes. Here's what we do to fix it - take one of the rolled pillows that's on your sofa each night and stick it in front of the step before you turn out the lights. It's better to crach into the pillow and doesn't cause the whole cabin to wake up when you scream!

Question........still working with Amy on some things....does anyone know if Lynda and Cash wanted Main dining, or Late?

Also, what about Angela...arthurstance? Wasn't Angela late seating, but in with the second group that got started for that??

And GUS.....early or late?

I was thinking that Lynda and Cash got changed to late dining, but maybe they've been changed back. Gus had early. Angela had second seating.

Mary, no fair making us choke up until the end of the cruise, OK? That was sweet.

Oh man, it's going to be tough on disembarkation day.

Yes, Lynda and Cash the Wonder Dog are on the late seating.

Linda (Seaulater) and the other 12 in her family are on the main seating! I checked with DCL this morning and our reservations are okay (on the main) and she said (boy.............you are linked with alot of ressies!)

I said, oh those are my closest friends we are cruisin with for Christmas. She laughed............

Linda, as of 15 minutes ago, they had Robert in early, and you in late. I told them that I thought you would want to eat with your family, so they moved you to early.

Then, Lisa wrote to them, and told them to put ScubaMatt down for both meals!!!!! She LOVES to mess with people!
