Mary, I'm glad to hear you and Mark are safe. Tornados are one thing I don't miss having moved out of the mid-west. We get an occasional one this way (about 3 years ago, a big one went through and wiped out our Girl Scout camp), but that was the last tornado in this area. One every 3-5 years isn't bad. Midwest gets them more like every year!
Gail, hope you get good reports from the doc. And if not good reports, at least a workable plan!
We spent last night getting DS packed up for his spring camporee. All I did was pull his camping gear out of the boxes, he decided what to take, and packed it himself. I did make sure he took enough stuff (he wouldn't have taken a sweatshirt if I hadn't mentioned it), but he actually thought about the need for an extra set of socks and underwear in case he got wet! Given that it's supposed to be damp Friday, that's a good plan. DH and I decided that we wouldn't go with him on this trip. I think DH is planning on the rafting trip next weekend though. If he doesn't, I'm going to. No choir next week, so I don't have any conflicts.
Happy Wednesday everyone!
