2004 nurse rates at the Dolphin???

How far into 2004 are the nurse and teacher rates at the Dolphin?

My experience is that they'll make a ressie one year in advance. I booked our March 2004 Dolphin stay the first week in March 2003. Sometimes the SPG.COM site shows availability before the SWANDOLPHIN.COM site. The agent I called directly at Dolphin didn't have the rate on her screen either.
