2004 mnsshp and octover question

Im looking at booking a trip for october of 2004 to do Mnsshp for my db. He is the baby and growing so quickly that i would love for him to experience this before hes out grown trick or treating. my question is does mnsshp always start at the beginning of october every year?? will i be safe booking for the first week? i think we might wish to avoid the fw festival because of crowds. he dosent like alot of long lines. does the fw festival bring alot of crowds?

MNSSHP doesn't always necessarily start at the beginning of October. This year, the first day is Oct 3rd, but I think that's the earliest it's ever started.

Don't worry about being "too old" for trick-or-treating . . . even adults do this!! And if your child perceives that he's too old for it . . well, there are plenty of other things to do.

The F&W festival can generate quite a crowd at Epcot, especially in the World Showcase. However, this is probably an area that your young one would enjoy least. Unless you plan to spend a considerable amount of time there, the crowds shouldn't affect the rest of your planning.

Perhaps you could plan on the 2nd-3rd week of October. Get there just in time for the beginning of the MNSSHP dates, but leave just after the F&W Festival begins.
