Cape Canaveral refers to the piece of land that abuts the ocean. Port Canaveral is the Boat/ship berthing at the southern area of Cape Canaveral.

Note to BD, I said berthing, not Birthing.

Disembarkation time depends on what time the ship clears Immigration. It can be as early as 8 am, but everyone should be off the ship by 9.
