2 questions- transfer and CC costs

Question:

If I don't go through Disney and book my own airfare and rent a towncar from Happy or Tiffany, then I don't pay for a transfer, correct? I assume I could just buy a one way transfer for going home?

I assume you pay for food at Castaway Cay, can you bring your refillable mug? Can you refill it with water (or ice) instead of soda (or pop as we say in Pittsburgh...)

You will not have to pay for transfers if you use a towncar service. Just be sure that Disney does not include the cost anyway! We always use Happy Limo, but a couple of times now DU has noticed that Disney slipped it onto reservations that I had made and then transferred over.
There is no extra charge for food on Castaway Cay, and you can use your mugs. There are many "water stations" where you can refill it, too.

you can buy a one-way transfer from the ship to the airport. This is normally what we do when we go. We like to have a vehicle so that we are not stuck in a hotel room the night before. We don't like hassling with a rental car on return, and can catch our 11:40 a.m flights if we don't mess with the car return.

And we are doing the opposite of prymsu; we wanted the whole Disney experience on the way to the cruise so we are taking the bus, but our flight is late on debarkation day so we wanted the freedom of a car that day. DCL only charged us for a 1-way transfer.

As to the food on CC-it is included-but is only open at certain times for lunch- make sure you try the lobster cakes-and they also had ribs, hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, fruit, chips, cookies and more I can't remember.
There were also lobster tails at the adult beach. (According to my brother w/o kids)
You do have to pay for alcoholic drinks and bottled water- and the Konk Coolers are worth EVERY penny!!!!!
