2 Nights in 1BR at BCV in October Up for grabs

I will momentarily be cancelling a 1 BR for two nights, October 27-29 in a 1BR at BCV. We had a studio for the first five nights and I forgot that I had a studio waitlisted for two nights. That waitlist came through at some point so I will be cancelling the 1BR.

My guess is a waitlist snagged it first. But a nice thought to alert the users here.

PS. I just ran availability for that type of room for those dates and nothing available at BCV.

Oh well, hopefully it made someone happy. I thought I heard they matched up waitlists at night but could be wrong so I thought there might have been a window where someone could grab it. It also could have had something to do with me needing to call to cancel. It wouldn't let me cancel it online.

Gives me a teeny bit of hope, thanks. We've been on the WL for a 1 BR at BCV since the 7 month window opened. We already have a studio reserved for the same week we want, a week before you. So reading your post makes me think there's hope yet!

Yea, the waitlist is getting faster. I cancelled 2 nights at BWV standard view studio for Oct. 19-20 a few days ago. I checked the RAT moments after cancelling and it never showed up. I'm sure I made someone happy. The cast member must've asked me 10 times, was I sure.......I said yes, I'll be on the Disney Dream those nights as we added a cruise to the beginning of that trip.
