2 night stay at Beach Club

Originally, our reservation was for one Moonlight Madness night. We are local so one nighters are the norm for us. But this summer, an extra night would be nice. Each night has its own reservation number. Will DVC make us move? Both night are one bedroom. Can I do the dining plan for one night? Or will they automatically link the two nights. Thanks

You can do the DDP for each reservation, have MS add "continuing reservation" to your reservations and tell them not to link them. That will let the room assigner know to give you the same room for 2 nights.

Since you are local, the TIW is a much better deal than any of the DPs, you get 20% your check, including adult beverages. It's good for 13 months.

In my experience, they will link the two nights. If you’ve purchased the dining plan for one night, they’ll likely cancel it and refund your money, but not tell you.

There are some tricks to get the dining plan for only part of your stay, but then you will definately have to change rooms.

The TiW discount card is valid for at least 13 months; almost 14 depending on when you purchase it.

I've never had them cancel my one night dining plan nor have I had to change rooms.

Two years ago. I simply called MS and let them know what I was doing.

I think I will call MS and take my chances and see if they allow it. Haven't used the dining plan since they gave appetizers and dessert. Long time ago, lol. We have AP and DVC so that's available. The TIW is expensive and takes a lot of dinners to make it work, bought it once when we went to Victoria and Alberts, but didn't use it again. Our anniversary is during that time so I wanted to make it special.
