2 - Count'em- 2 Upgrades in 1 week!

I got 2 CRO upgrades in August; on from courtyard to club at WL and one from standard to savanna view at AKL, both my DVC rooms were great also (OKW and BC)

It was great, but I am sure it will new happen again.

I am happy for you, but I am wondering what is up with giving Club Level away? I would be upset if I had paid for Club Level then heard someone or two were in it for free. I have paid for Courtyard view several times. I requested a King bed and couldn't even get that!

I think part of the reason was that we arrived really late (1am) and were only there for 2 nights, we also were given a non courtyard room which I guess are less requested, but we loved it since it had a castle and fireworks view. We had requested and inner courtyard view so my guess is that that was not available, so instead of putting us in the non courtyard, courtyard room, since the club room was unbooked for our stay for customer relation and sales reasons we got the upgrade. I must say I would never have considered paying for it before the stay but am trying really hard to justify the extra expense in the future.

I am always happy for anyone who gets an upgrade, just happy to be lucky this time
